    摘要: An electromagnetic opening device comprises a housing, a fixed iron core, a movable iron core having a bottom end engaging with the fixed iron core, a shaft sleeve that sleeves a top end of the movable iron core and extends outside of the housing, and an electromagnetic coil, and a vibration sensing mechanism comprising a sensing block having a rotation shaft, a stopping end and a balancing end located on two sides of the movable iron core. A bottom of the stopping end is rotationally connected onto the housing through the rotation shaft. When the sensing block compresses a balance spring disposed between the balancing end and the housing through the rotation of the rotation shaft, the stopping end abuts against the shaft sleeve. The vibration sensing mechanism effectively prevents a mistaken shrinkage of the shaft sleeve of the movable iron core and abnormally opening of a safe deposit box.

    摘要: An electromagnetic door lock assembly employs an electromagnet positioned in a frame adjacent to a door, power source for providing power to the electromagnet, and an adjustable armature assembly positioned in the door for interaction with the electromagnet. The armature assembly includes an armature plate having a front surface and a back surface opposite from the front surface, a backing plate situated adjacent to the back surface of the armature plate, a stem coupling the backing plate to the armature plate including a spring biasing the backing plate and armature plate toward each other, a mounting plate for mounting the armature assembly to a door to be locked, adjusting screws for adjustably positioning the backing plate at a fixed position with respect to the mounting plate so that the armature plate is positioned at a first position for optimum interaction with the electromagnet, the screws having elongated heads for maintaining the relative alignment between the armature plate and the mounting plate as the armature plate moves between said first position and a position contiguous to the electromagnet.

    摘要: An electromagnetic shear lock comprising an electromagnet assembly adapted to be mounted to a doorway and an armature assembly adapted to be mounted to a door in a position to be attracted to the electromagnet, the electromagnet comprises an elongated core of E-shape in cross section with an energizing coil positioned about the middle leg of said E-shaped core and between the outer legs of said E-shaped core. The electromagnet assembly in one embodiment has projections on either side and at both ends thereof extending beyond the surfaces of the core. An armature member has a generally rectangular surface adapted to be mounted to a door and positioned to be attracted by the electromagnet, the armature is relieved at the corners thereof whereby when the armature is attracted to the electromagnet the projections on the extension members extend into the relieved portions of the armature. In an alternate embodiment the armature is recessed at either end thereof intermediate the longitudinal edges and the projections from the electromagnet assembly are received in the recesses. The armature assembly comprises an elongated base member adapted to be secured to a door, the base member receives at least two devices therethrough with the heads of devices extending above the base member, an elongated armature having spaced apart recesses receives and rests on the heads when not attracted to the electromagnet, an elongated leaf spring is secured to the armature intermediate the ends thereof and is secured to the base member adjacent the ends of whereby the spring exerts a return force on the armature when the armature is attracted to said electromagnet.

    摘要: A magnetic door breakaway system for remote unlocking of doors and apertures. An electromagnet (80), and armature (82) are mounted within a doorframe. Within either the magnet or armature are depressions (220) and (222) in one member and lands (206) and (208) in the other. In the preferred embodiment, the armature is movably affixed to the top of the doorframe and with energizing of the electromagnet, the lands mate with the depressions, making movement of the door impossible. In an emergency situation, the magnet is de-energized, the two members separate, and the door may open freely.In an alternative embodiment, an electromagnet (304) is connected to a plunger (310) which is received within the striker plate (320).
