    Abstract: The electrical door driving device mainly contains a shaft having threads with a smaller pitch at the two ends and a larger pitch in the middle. A guiding element is configured on the shaft with a guide pin running vertically through the guiding element and into a groove of the shaft. An end of the shaft is connected to a motor and a leaf is connected to the guiding element by a vertical rod. When the motor engages the shaft to spin, the guiding element, and thereby the leaf, is moved as the guide pin traverses the groove of the shaft. As the threads of the shaft are denser at the ends of the shaft, the leaf moves slower when the door starts to close (or when the door starts to open) and when the door is about fully closed (or when the door is about fully opened).

    Abstract: A clutch switching device for electric rolling doors contains: a housing, a rotating plate, and a shifting bar. The rotating plate is provided in the housing for connecting with the clutch pulling cord. The shifting bar is coupled with the rotating plate and is pulled to drive the rotating plate to move toward a manual mode position or an automatic mode position. The rotating plate has a wrenching portion for matching with a wrench tool so as to wrench the rotating plate. The housing includes a movable fixing element, the rotating plate has a first positioning aperture and a second positioning aperture, such that when the rotating plate is located at a manual mode position, the first positioning aperture aligns and retains with the movable fixing element; when the rotating plate is located at the automatic mode position, the second positioning aperture aligns and retains with the movable fixing element.

    Abstract: A barrier operating system having a diagnostic performance feature includes a motorized barrier movable between limit positions and a counterbalance system coupled to the barrier. A disconnect mechanism may be interposed between the motor and the counterbalance system so that the barrier can be moved manually without assistance from the motor. A position detection device is coupled to either the barrier or the counterbalance system and generates a barrier position signal. One of the motor and the position detection device generates operational parameter values for the barrier moving in either direction. A controller receives the operational parameter values and the barrier position signal, and as the barrier is manually moved, the controller compares operational parameter values for each direction of movement at a given position and generates a diagnostic signal based upon the comparison.
