    摘要: A hydraulic control system is provided in which hydraulic oil discharged from a variable displacement hydraulic pump is controlled and supplied to a hydraulic actuator by a closed center control valve activated based on operation input from an operation device, thereby controlling activation of the hydraulic actuator. With the pump displacement detected by pump displacement detecting means and the pump output pressure detected by pump output pressure detecting means being used as feedback input and the characteristic value determined by the operation input and the feedback input being used as a target value of a control loop, variable displacement control is performed by a controller provided with a horsepower control loop, a pressure control loop, a flow rate control loop, and a minimum pressure holding loop that feed back a calculated value based on the feedback input or the feedback input itself.

    摘要: A power actuator in a hydraulic system is controlled in accordance with an electronic control signal energizing a variable displacement servo pump interconnected to the power actuator. In the hydraulic system, the variable displacement servo pump includes a swash plate directly coupled to and positioned by an electric motor. A transducer responds to the position of the swash plate and generates a feedback signal to balance out the effect of the electronic control signal. A pressurized reservoir supplies a base pressure to the hydraulic system when the swash plate of the variable displacement servo pump is in a neutral or null position. This reservoir is protected against an over pressure by a check valve. To compensate for unequal chamber volumes in the power actuator, a shuttle valve diverts excess fluid from the larger volume chamber to the reservoir.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of controlling the flow rate of a hydraulic pump, which controls the discharge flow rate in proportion to a manipulated amount of a manipulation lever operated by a user even when the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump is varied. The method of controlling the flow rate of a variable capacity hydraulic pump for a construction apparatus according to the present invention includes: a first step of calculating the required flow rate of the variable capacity hydraulic pump according to a manipulated amount of a manipulation lever operated by a user; a second step of calculating the maximum discharge flow rate within a range equal to or less than a preset horsepower or torque of the variable capacity hydraulic pump corresponding to the pressure detected by a discharge pressure detecting sensor; and a third step of controlling the discharge flow rate of the variable capacity hydraulic pump in proportion to a manipulated amount of the manipulation lever within a range equal to or less than the maximum discharge flow rate set in the second step.

The control apparatus can set duties of first to fourth drive signals to be output to the electrically-operated motor in a neutral-side start period, a neutral-side ordinary actuation period, a higher-volume-side start period and a higher-volume-side ordinary actuation period. The duties of the first and fourth drive signals are larger than that of the second drive signal, the duty of the third drive signal is larger than that of the fourth drive signal, and an integrated ON-time of the third drive signal is larger than that of the first drive signal.

    摘要: An integrated electro hydraulic actuator package for remotely controlling the position of an aircraft control surface has both its input power and its input command signals supplied solely by wires from remote locations. The package encloses an electric motor running wet in the hydraulic fluid and driving a reversible variable displacement pump connected directly to a differential piston and cylinder actuator and is designed to be completely manifolded. A differential piston and cylinder reservoir carries fluid to make up for any losses of fluid from the actuator to the outside of the package. An auxiliary pump supplies fluid to a servo motor circuit for control purposes, the circuit being governed by an electro-hydraulic servo valve whereby a servo motor system adjusts the displacement of the main pump. Loss of fluid from the package or mechanical failure in a pump causes loss of delivery pressure at the auxiliary pump and actuates a bypass valve to bypass the actuator allowing make-up of fluid from the reservoir. Overload protection is provided in the servo motor circuit by a pair of pressure responsive dumping valves. A linearly variable differential transformer provides a signal indicating the position of the actuator which is combined with a command signal from a remote location to govern the electrohydraulic servo valve. The position of the displacement adjuster of the main pump is also fed to the electro-hydraulic servo valve providing a signal indicative of the velocity of the actuator. A heat exchanger surrounds the electric motor and carries the fluid returning from the pump housing to the reservoir. An auxiliary electric motor driven fan cools the heat exchanger.
