    摘要: A hydraulic servo-control of a servo-controlled gearbox comprises hydraulic actuators defining chambers, a storing tank containing control fluid used by the actuators at room pressure, a hydraulic accumulator containing control fluid under pressure, a motor pump drawing the fluid from the tank and feeding it under pressure to the accumulator, and solenoid valves selectively connecting the chambers to the tank and accumulator. The accumulator includes an outer housing defining an inner cylindrical surface defining a first diameter, a piston arranged and axially slidable and mobile inside the housing and defining there a first variable-volume chamber for a gas and second variable-volume chamber for the fluid under pressure, and a limit stopper arranged at an open end of the housing, acting as a striker for the piston, and having an annular circlip defining an opening and overall second diameter approximating by excess the first diameter of the surface of the housing.

    摘要: A transmission includes an input member, a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic circuit, a clutch assembly for transferring torque between the input member and an output member. A mechanically-driven hydraulic pump is rotatably coupled to the input member and is fluidly connected to the hydraulic circuit. The clutch assembly includes a friction clutch pack, a clutch-apply piston, a clutch-release piston and a coned-disc spring. The clutch-release piston is fluidly coupled to a first hydraulic chamber that is fluidly coupled to the hydraulic circuit. The clutch-apply piston is fluidly coupled to a second hydraulic chamber that is selectively fluidly coupled to the hydraulic circuit. A second spring urges the clutch-apply piston and the coned-disc spring urges the clutch-release piston. When the hydraulic pump is not rotating, the clutch assembly is activated by the coned-disc spring urging the clutch-release piston.

    摘要: An actuation system for a vehicle in which a pump (10b) draws fluid from a reservoir (10a) to supply one or more first consumers, such as steering valve (50). One of more second consumers, such as a clutch actuator (12), are actuated via a solenoid valve (12a) from an accumulator (10c) charged by the pump. The solenoid valve connects each second actuator (12) to the accumulator or to the reservoir. When the pressure in the accumulator is below a predetermined charge pressure, flow to the first consumer is restricted to a level sufficient to ensure effective operation of the first consumer, while generating a back pressure sufficient to ensure charging of the accumulator. The flow restriction to the first consumer may be achieved by the solenoid valve (12a) or by a separate charging valve (20).
