Power loading levels may be modulated by adjusting mining transaction levels to correspond with combustible gas production levels.

摘要: Operating a gaseous fuel engine system includes urging a mixture containing a gaseous hydrogen fuel and air into a pocket in an igniter fluidly connected to a cylinder to form an ignition charge, and igniting the ignition charge via a flame kernel formed by energizing spark electrodes of the igniter. The method further includes igniting a main charge containing the gaseous hydrogen fuel via a flame jet of the ignition charge from the igniter. The pocket is shielded from the cylinder sufficiently to form within the pocket a flow field protecting the flame kernel, while fluidly connected to the cylinder sufficiently to clear the pocket of residual combustion gases.

摘要: A system for filling an LPG vehicle with LPG using an auxiliary bombe is provided. The system may be configured for easily filling a main bombe with LPG even in the hot season (summertime) or the like during which the outside temperature rapidly rises, by using an auxiliary bombe in addition to using the main bombe. The system may also be capable of always smoothly refilling the main bombe with LPG by moving a portion of the LPG in the main bombe to the auxiliary bombe, when the pressure in the main bombe is higher than the LPG filling pressure of a filling gun in the hot season during which the outside temperature rapidly rises, so that the pressure in the main bombe becomes lower than the filling pressure.

摘要: A power generating assembly including an internal combustion engine and a combustion gas supply connected to the internal combustion engine in order to supply combustion gas. The combustion gas supply has an at least double-walled line at least in the region of the internal combustion engine, the line having an inner line volume for combustion gas and an outer line volume. The outer line volume is fluidically connected to an inert gas supply. The power generating assembly also includes a combustion gas pressure adjusting device that adjusts a combustion gas pressure in the inner line volume, and an inert gas pressure adjusting device that adjusts an inert gas pressure in the outer line volume. The combustion gas pressure adjusting device and the inert gas pressure adjusting device select the inert gas pressure and the combustion gas pressure such that the inert gas pressure is higher than the combustion gas pressure.

摘要: An apparatus and a method for charging an LPG fuel vehicle are provided to charge a LPG tank with LPG fuel by decreasing part of pressure in the LPG tank when pressure in the LPG tank, which stores the LPG fuel, is greater than charging pressure. That is, pressure in the LPG tank is decreased to be equal to or lower than charging pressure of a charger and the LPG tank with LPG fuel is charged more smoothly from the charger, by capturing part of the LPG fuel in the LPG tank and allowing the LPG fuel to be combusted in the engine when pressure in the LPG tank of the vehicle is greater than LPG charging pressure of the charger.

摘要: A reciprocating piston cryogenic pump has been suspended from stroking when process fluid discharge temperature from a vaporizer dropped below a threshold to prevent freezing of a heat exchange fluid circulating through the vaporizer and damage to downstream components. Suspension of the pump results in a decrease of process fluid pressure downstream of the vaporizer, which is undesirable. In the present technique, a temperature is monitored correlating to process fluid temperature downstream of the vaporizer. The amount of process fluid discharged from the pump in each cycle is adjusted as a function of the temperature such that the average residence time of the process fluid in the vaporizer is increased as the discharge amount decreases, increasing process fluid discharge temperature. The average mass flow rate of the process fluid through the vaporizer is unchanged regardless of pump discharge amount such that process fluid pressure downstream of the vaporizer is maintained.

摘要: A fuel supply system for a reciprocating-piston engine includes a storage tank; a wall of the storage tank defining a first aperture and a second aperture therethrough; a first fuel injector fluidly coupled with the first aperture of the storage tank via a pressure control module and a first fuel injector supply conduit; a pump fluidly coupled with the second aperture of the storage tank; and a second fuel injector fluidly coupled with an outlet port of the pump via a second fuel injector supply conduit. The pressure control module is configured to maintain a pressure in the first fuel injector supply conduit within a pressure range that includes a pressure value that is less than a pressure inside the storage tank. The pump is configured to maintain a pressure inside the second fuel injector supply conduit that is greater than the pressure inside the first fuel injector supply conduit.
