摘要: A cooling system for air ports and other ports in furnace walls includes a cooling medium pumping system and ports provided with a cooling medium piping or channels inside the metallic port material. The liquid flow generated by the cooling medium system cools the ports. 摘要: In order to develop a combustion chamber with a closed cooling system for a turbine with an inner wall and an outer wall (1) bounding the combustion area, wherein there is an intermediate space between the inner wall and the outer wall (1) through which cooling fluid can flow, and which comprises a cooling fluid feed system opening out into the intermediate space and a cooling fluid discharge system for discharging the cooling fluid from the intermediate space, so that it has a reduced extension in the radial direction, it is proposed with the invention that the cooling fluid discharge system should comprise channel-type drainage structures (8) running essentially along the axial orientation of the combustion chamber, which are interrupted by inlet structures (4) of the cooling fluid feed system arranged between the drainage structures (8).

摘要: A fireplace including a combustion chamber enclosure with an opening and an inner pane positioned to at least partially cover the opening of the combustion chamber. An outer pane is spaced apart from the inner pane, the outer pane and the inner pane creating a space through which air moves, the air cooling the outer pane. A blower may be provided to move the air through the space. The outer pane may be angled with respect to the inner pane to enhance air movement.

摘要: A door with a gas burner on an inner surface and a system for carrying a combustible gas to the burner on the outer surface thereof. The door comprises a pair of metal sheets rigidly connected to one another at the edges thereof, each sheet having input and output openings for the gas mixture that are mutually separated in order to leave an inner space receiving a deflector plate serving as a thermal shield to be swept over on either side by the flow of the gas mixture supplying the burner. This arrangement reduces heat loss through the door; thus, keeping the outer surface cold, avoiding the risk of burns, and preheating the gas mixture. The invention can be used in heating appliances.

摘要: A slide for hot blast slide dampers having a pair of spiral volutes arranged in the shape of a flat disc having an inlet connection and an outlet connection for a coolant at the edge thereof. One of the spiral volutes leads the coolant from the inlet connection to the center of the disc and into the other spiral volute whereby the coolant is lead from the center of the disc to the outlet connection. The volutes are separated from each other by walls extending transverse to the major plane of the disc to form a cooling channel. The volutes are separated by a single common wall extending substantially perpendicular to the major plane of the disc and the cross section of the cooling channel may be substantially quadrangular. The volutes are made from spirally interwound open sections welded together.
