摘要: When ring components 4 of layers to assemble a laminated ring 3 are unloaded from a component storage facility 10, a computer 13 generates lamination combinatorial data representing a combination of ring components of layers. A target frequency distribution of circumferential length values of ring components 4 of each layer is established, and lamination combinatorial data including ring components of a class where an error of an actual inventory frequency with respect to a target frequency is large are selected in a layer where an error between the target frequency distribution and an actual inventory frequency distribution is maximum. Ring components 4 of all layers corresponding to the selected lamination combinatorial data are unloaded from the component storage facility 10. A distribution of size data of the ring components 4 of each layer in the component storage facility 10 is thus continuously maintained in a state capable of assembling more laminated rings 4, and the stable mass-productivity of laminated rings 3 is continuously achieved.

摘要: An automated data warehouse for a demand fulfillment system to provide current supply and demand for generating a work schedule and a material delivery schedule for manufacturing items built to customer order. The automated data warehouse includes outstanding customer orders for items as an accurate measure of current demand, and a current state of an available inventory of material for producing the items as an accurate measure of current supply. The automated data warehouse includes a continuously updated location of a quantity of material from the time the material is accepted into available inventory, during movements from one material source to another, throughout work-in-progress, until the time that the material is consumed. A work schedule and a material delivery schedule are generated periodically to keep up with consumption of materials and fulfillment of customer orders using the automated data warehouse as the source of current supply and demand.

摘要: Robotic apparatus employ a large variety of resources to operate. A robotic apparatus seeks out sources of energy, computational capacity, shelter, communications, and/or other resources to preserve or renew its energy stores, computational resources, or physical integrity and/or to receive further guidance or direction or to report collected or sensed data or information. A robotic apparatus can determine the existence of a resource deficiency or projected resource deficiency, assess a ranking of such, identify one or more remedial actions, and execute the remedial action(s). A robotic apparatus can assess a ranking of a resource deficiency or projected resource deficiency based on a value of the resource, a severity of need or urgency for the resource, and ability to obtain or replenish the source.

摘要: The invention described herein generally pertains to a system and method for collecting one or more welding parameters or a weld time during creation of one or more welds using a welding sequence. The one or more welding parameters and/or weld time for each welding sequence is utilized to determine an estimation of consumable depletion for a welding work cell and/or a repair/service to perform on equipment within the welding work cell. Furthermore, the weld time and/or welding parameters can be utilized to manage inventory for a plurality of welding work cells within a welding environment. Other embodiments provided track a cost for a performance of a weld with a welding sequence as well as identifying a workpiece to communicate information related to the one or more welds used for assembly.

摘要: A method for monitoring an operational failure of a stocker for use in a semiconductor factory automation system, wherein the stocker is divided into a plurality of operational parts, includes the steps of: a) generating stocker state information representing an operational state of the stocker in response to a stocker state signal issued from the stocker; b) inspecting the stocker state information to update the operational state of the stocker previously stored; c) generating a warning signal when at least one part contained in the stocker has failed; and d) generating an audiovisual warning sign in response to the warning signal. The method can effectively provide audiovisual warning signs when the stocker has failed.
