According to one implementation, a method includes receiving, by a dialog engine and from a computing device, a voice input, determining, by the dialog engine, that the received voice input is classified as feedback to an answer of a question; identifying, by the dialog engine, a predetermined feedback scare associated with the feedback; and adjusting a confidence score associated with the question and the answer based on the predetermined feedback score.

摘要： A content management system provides a mechanism for representing a particular piece of metadata in multiple languages. The multilingual metadata system provides a user with an ability to visualize a single translation in a language of the user's preference or based on the user's locale. The system receives an indication that at least one metadata field associated with a managed object contains multilingual metadata. A locale metadata table and a new metadata table for the managed object are created using information from an original metadata table for the managed object. Two or more metadata field values representing at least two languages are received by the system. The metadata fields are tagged with locale information and stored in the locale metadata table in association with the at least one metadata field in the new metadata table.

摘要： In the present invention, a method for searching multilingual keywords in mixlingual speech corpus is proposed. This method is capable of searching audio as well as text keywords. The capability of audio search enables it to search out-of-vocabulary (OOV) words. The capability of searching text keywords enables it to perform semantic search. An advanced application of searching keyword translations in mixlingual speech corpus is also possible within posteriorgram framework with this system. Also, a technique for combining information from text and audio keywords is given which further enhances the search performance. This system is based on multiple posteriorgrams based on articulatory classes trained with multiple languages.
