摘要: The present invention relates to the field of electrical connectors, and in particular to a differential connector and a housing component thereof. The differential connector comprises a housing component and two or more differential modules. Each differential module comprises an insulator, differential pairs and ground contacts. The housing component comprises a housing. A plugging hole corresponding to a plug-in end of the differential pair is provided on the housing. An end shield corresponding to the plug-in end of the differential pair is provided on the housing. The end shield is provided with a shield groove extending along a plugging direction of the plug-in end of the differential pair. Openings of shield grooves face toward the same direction. The plug-in end of the differential pair is provided in the shield groove so as to be isolated from a plug-in end of an adjacent differential pair of the same differential module. Thus, the problem of electromagnetic interference existing between differential pairs of adjacent differential modules of the current differential connector is solved.

摘要: A high speed cable assembly includes a ribbon cable and a high speed connector. The ribbon cable includes a number of wires and a jacket enclosing the wires. Each wire has a central conductor and a shielding layer covering the conductor. The ribbon cable provides differential pairs of wires and drain wires, each drain wire positioned next to one differential pair of wire. The high speed connector has an insulating housing, and a printed circuit board assembled within the insulating housing. The printed circuit board is provided with first group of golden fingers on one end thereof, which are formed to electrically connect to the wires of the ribbon cable, respectively, and second group of golden fingers on the other end thereof, which are configured to form an I/O interface for transmitting high speed signals to a complementary connector.

摘要: A cable includes a transmission cord having two connecting terminals formed on two opposite ends thereof, two connectors respectively mounted on the two connecting terminals of the transmission cord, two end caps mounted on the transmission cord and respectively connected with the two connectors, and at least one demagnetizing layer mounted on the two connectors and received in the two end caps. The transmission cord includes a conducting wire, an insulating layer wrapped around the conducting wire to insulate the conducting wire, and a protective layer wrapped around an outer face of the transmission cord. The at least one demagnetizing layer is made of graphene to prevent the electromagnetic waves of the ambient environment from interfering with the signal transmission of the transmission cord.

摘要: Disclosed are a plug connector and a receptacle connector that have improved structures, and methods of manufacturing the same. A plug connector according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an upper ceramic substrate, a lower ceramic substrate, upper plug contacts, lower plug contacts, a pair of metal members, and a ceramic plug shell. The upper ceramic substrate is provided with a terminal at a lower surface thereof. The lower ceramic substrate is configured to correspond to the upper ceramic substrate and is provided with a terminal at an upper surface thereof. The upper plug contacts are coupled to the terminal of the upper ceramic substrate and each include a downwardly protruding contact portion. The lower plug contacts are coupled to the terminal of the lower ceramic substrate and each include an upwardly protruding contact portion. The pair of metal members include through-holes, respectively, formed at portions thereof corresponding to the upper plug contacts and the lower plug contacts, respectively and are coupled to an upper portion of the upper ceramic substrate and a lower portion of the lower ceramic substrate, respectively. The ceramic plug shell has a hollow cylindrical shape and is coupled in a form covering the metal members.

摘要: An interconnection system with a compliant shield between a connector and a substrate such as a PCB. The compliant shield may provide current flow paths between shields internal to the connector and ground structures of the PCB. The connector, compliant shield and PCB may be configured to provide current flow in locations relative to signal conductors that provide desirable signal integrity for signals carried by the signal conductors. In some embodiments, the current flow paths may be adjacent the signal conductors, offset in a transverse direction from an axis of a pair of conductors. Such paths may be created by tabs extending from connector shields. A compliant conductive member of the compliant shield may contact the tabs and a conductive pad on a surface of the PCB. Shadow vias, running from the surface pad to internal ground structures may be positioned adjacent the tip of the tabs.

摘要: The coaxial connector is provided with a contact, an internal housing, a shell and an electromagnetic shield plate. The contact has a connecting portion which can connect with a mating side contact, and a crimping portion which crimps the central conductor. The internal housing has a contact receiving chamber opened at a rear end portion, and the connector is retained in the contact receiving chamber. The shell has a shell main body covering an external perimeter of the internal housing, and a cable clamp. The cable clamp fixes an end of the coaxial cable. The shell main body has a lock piece. A pair of slits is provided at both sides of the lock piece. The electromagnetic shield plate is disposed at an upper face of the internal housing, and has one piece which shields a portion of the pair of slits with respect to the internal housing.
