    摘要: A stator core for a rotating electrical machine includes an annular yoke portion; a tooth group fitted to an inner side of the yoke portion and formed such that both ends in a circumferential direction on an inner circumferential side of adjacent teeth are integrally connected with each other by a thin connection portion; and a slot for accommodating a stator winding. The yoke portion has grooves at regular intervals in an inner circumferential surface thereof and extending in an axial direction of the stator, the grooves each having a V shape such that a cross section thereof perpendicular to the axial direction opens toward an inner side of the stator core. Each tooth has, at an outer-circumferential-side end thereof, a fitting portion whose cross section perpendicular to the axial direction is formed in a wedge shape so as to allow the tooth to be fitted along the corresponding groove.

    摘要: A multiple-polyphase AC dynamo-electric machine, wherein each of the plurality of the teeth provides the flange part to the NS magnetic pole part of the rotor side end part, the stator core has a magnetic connection part which connects the flange parts adjoined each other in the NS magnetic pole of each of the plurality of teeth, the connection part is provided corresponding to each of the slot and an inner peripheral side of the corresponding slot, the radial width of the connection part are smaller than both of the circumferential width of the teeth, thereby the radial widths of the connecting sections are smaller than both the circumferential widths of the teeth and the radial widths of the flanges, voltages generated when the magnetic flux generated by current flowing through one group of windings links with the windings in another group are suppressed effectively.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing an armature coil includes steps of arranging a plurality of coil conductors of the armature coil between an end metal die and a back portion metal die on a lower metal die; pressing, with the upper metal die in a pressing direction, the plurality of the coil conductors arranged between the end metal die and the back portion metal die on the lower metal die; and removing coil conductors that become formed in a convex shape and a concave shape from the lower metal die. The upper metal die may be provided with an inclined portion on a lower metal die side of the upper metal die, and the upper metal die may be configured to be pressed such that a space is formed by the dies, the space having a width that gets gradually narrower.

    摘要: A contour line on the outer circumferential side of each magnet hole in the first layer is formed to be an arc passing through a total of three intersections, i.e., an intersection of a d axis and a reference magnetic flux line which is a magnetic flux line as a reference positioned inward by a predetermined number of magnetic flux lines from the outer circumferential edge of a rotor core, and intersections of: the reference magnetic flux line; and sides at the circumferential ends of the magnet hole which are positioned inward by a bridge dimension from the outer circumferential edge of the rotor core. Thus, a rotary electric machine that enables maximum utilization of reluctance torque and magnet torque and suppression of torque ripple can be obtained with simple processing and low cost.
