    摘要: Provided is a highly reliable electronic control unit capable of improving responsiveness of an output current of a switching power supply to load current variation and suppressing power supply voltage variation accompanying the load current variation at low cost and with high power efficiency. Provided are: a calculation unit that performs signal processing; a first power supply circuit that supplies a first power supply voltage to the calculation unit; and a second power supply circuit that supplies a second power supply voltage to the first power supply circuit. The calculation unit has a function of outputting a control signal when a change in a consumed current of the calculation unit exceeds a predetermined threshold, and changes any one or both of a control scheme of the first power supply circuit and the second power supply voltage according to the control signal.

    摘要: Circuits and methods for selectable conversion ratio power converters that include low-dropout (LDO) power supplies adapted to select voltage inputs based on the selected conversion ratio while achieving high efficiency. The LDO power supplies limit current through power FETs of power converters, thereby mitigating or eliminating potentially damaging events. In some embodiments, first and second full gate-drive LDOs have “wired-OR” outputs which may power a target circuit such as a pre-driver (and optionally, a level-shifter) coupled to the gate of a power FET. In some embodiments, first and second reduced gate-drive LDOs have “wired-OR” outputs that may power a final driver coupled to the gate of a power FET. Some embodiments have dual full gate-drive LDOs that power a target circuit such as a pre-driver (and optionally, a level-shifter), while dual reduced gate-drive LDOs that power a final driver coupled to the gate of the power FET.

    摘要: A control circuit for a power converter comprising switching transistors and an output inductor is disclosed. One terminal of the output inductor serves as an output node, and another terminal of the output inductor serves as a switching node. The control circuit is configured to generate a control signal for controlling switching transistors in the power converter. The control circuit includes: a RC oscillator network connected to two terminals of the output inductor, the RC oscillator network configured to generate an oscillation signal containing a feedback ramp slope compensation component in response to a change in a voltage across the terminals of the output inductor; a comparator; an on-time generation circuit; and a control signal generation circuit to generate the control signal for controlling the switching transistors in the power converter.

    摘要: A power conversion device is provided, and includes a major circuit part and a control device; the major circuit part includes a power conversion part converting, into AC power, power that is input, and a filter circuit causing the AC power output from the power conversion part to approach a sine wave; the control device controls power conversion by the major circuit part by controlling an operation of the power conversion part; the control device includes an overcurrent suppression controller; the overcurrent suppression controller calculates instantaneous value voltage output command values of the phases of the AC power output from the power conversion part to suppress an overcurrent at the output end of the major circuit part. Accordingly, a power conversion device and a control device of the power conversion device are provided in which the generation of an overcurrent can be suppressed even when a voltage-controlled operation is performed.
