    摘要: A method of normalizing phase measurements for a motor using a normalizing phase measurements (NPM) algorithm that a processor implements to cause a motor controller coupled to stator terminals of the phases to execute forcing a set of input current or voltage vectors (set of input vectors) including repeating the forcing after rotating the rotor through a full mechanical cycle to generate resulting current or voltage samples (resulting samples) of non-normalized phase A and phase B waveforms. The magnitude of the input vectors are sufficiently small to not move the rotor. A maximum value (x_max) and a minimum value (x_min) are determined for each of the non-normalized phase A and phase B waveforms. An offset value and normalization scale factor (NSF) are determined from the max and min values. The offsets and NSFs are applied to the non-normalized phase waveforms to generate normalized phase A and phase B waveforms.

    摘要: A vehicle, including a motor having a rotor, a resolver that detects a rotation angle of the rotor and a control device, and a control method for the vehicle are provided. The control device executes rectangular-wave control over the motor using the rotation angle of the rotor, detected by the resolver, executes zero learning for learning a deviation between an origin of an actual rotation angle of the rotor and an origin of the detected rotation angle of the rotor, corrects the detected rotation angle of the rotor on the basis of a result of the zero learning, and, when the zero learning has not been completed yet, executes avoidance control for avoiding a rapid variation in output of the motor.

The method includes, during a first and a second time interval, applying a respective direct current command signal to the motor to estimate a respective stator resistance value, and applying a respective alternative voltage command signal corresponding to a specific direct axis stator current value to the motor while measuring respective stator phase current values. The method also includes determining respective rotor flux parameters as a function of the measured respective stator phase current values and of the estimated respective stator resistance values. The method further includes comparing the respective rotor flux parameters. The first and second time intervals are separated by a time period which exceeds at least 100 times any one of a first or second interval length.
