摘要: A registration request is transmitted to register a media device with a server, the registration request comprising a device identifier associated with the media device. A discovery request is caused to be issued to allow client devices previously registered with the server and connected to the first network to discover the media device, wherein the discovery request is to cause at least a subset of the client devices previously registered with the server and connected to the first network to initiate discovery of the media device without requesting permission from a user of a respective client device to initiate the discovery of the media device, wherein the at least the subset of the client devices includes two or more client devices each associated with an auto-connect status. An identifier of each of the one or more client devices that are previously registered with the server and connected to a first network and an indication of whether each of the one or more client devices has discovered the media device are received, wherein each of the plurality of client devices is associated with a registration identifier pertaining to the first network.

摘要: A method is provided method to control deployment of an application over a network in response to a client request sent over the network to access the application comprising: capturing at one or more first computing machines coupled to the network, an identifier of the requested application from the client request; sending information over the network from the one or more first computing machines coupled to the network to one or more second machines coupled to the network, wherein the information identifies the requested application and identifies a network address of an edge node at which to deploy the requested application; receiving the information at the one or more second machines coupled to the network; and causing by the one or more second machines coupled to the network, deployment of the application over the network to the edge node at the identified network address, based at least in part upon the received information.

The method includes, receiving a context message including a DNS message processing rule from an session management function (SMF), receiving a DNS query message from a user equipment (UE), transmitting the processed DNS query message to a DNS server based on the DNS message processing rule, receiving a DNS response message including an EAS internet protocol (IP) address from the DNS server, and transmitting the DNS response message to the UE based on the DNS message processing rule.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses are described for dynamic medium access control (MAC) address distribution in a wireless network. A station (STA) may receive, from an access point (AP), a frame that includes an indicator indicating at least one MAC address type or MAC address policy supported by an extended service set (ESS) associated with the AP. The indicator may comprise an 8 bit bitmap. The STA may then transmit, to the AP, a request message that includes MAC Address Assignment Protocol information determined based on the at least one MAC address type or MAC address policy. The STA may receive a response message that includes a local medium access control (MAC) address assigned based on the MAC Address Assignment Protocol information. The STA may transmit, to the AP, an association request frame with the local MAC address.

An example method may include generating a virtual machine for a communication service provider at a compute device. Data may be output corresponding to the user packet based on the dynamic route information.

摘要: A method and system for detection of malicious network resources in a distributed computer system are provided. The method comprises: receiving, by a first computing device, disposed inside the distributed computer system, an outbound traffic, detecting, by the first computing device, a suspicious external IP address in the outbound traffic, scanning, by the first computing device, a suspicious device located at the suspicious IP address to obtain a list of services running thereon, transmitting, by the first computing device, the suspicious IP address and the list of services to a second computing device disposed outside the distributed computer system, comparing, by the second computing device, the list of services with known malicious services, and in response to a match between at least one service from the list of services and a respective one of the known malicious services: determining the suspicious device, at the suspicious IP address, as being malicious.

摘要: An apparatus and method provide personal networks to a plurality of tenant entities on a property network, which has a captive portal and a property identification (ID). Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) are assigned to each of the plurality of tenant entities to define a plurality of personal networks on the property network using dynamic VLAN assignment. Onboarding requests are received from one or more user devices on a specific personal network of the plurality of personal networks. The onboarding requests are processed in a manner permitting intercommunication among the one or more user devices within the specific personal network, to take place across the property network.

摘要: A signature comprised of a plurality of data blocks formatted in accordance with a multicast communications protocol is received from a target appliance. When it is determined that one or more of the plurality of data blocks has been populated with user data, a representation of at least a portion of signature is provided to an analytics engine for processing whereby the user data within the one or more of the plurality of data blocks is replaced with a predicted, original data. The predicted, original data is then usable to provision a controlling device with a command code set for use in communicating commands to the target appliance.
