    摘要: A spray coating application system for dispensing a liquid coating includes an elongated guide rail and a longitudinal slide plate slideably attached to the guide rail. The longitudinal slide plate is movable along a longitudinal axis of the guide rail between a first and second longitudinal positions. A transverse slide plate is attached to the longitudinal slide plate for concurrent movement therewith along the longitudinal axis of the guide rail. The transverse slide plate is moveable relative to the longitudinal slide plate in a transverse direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the guide rail. A spray nozzle is attached to the transverse slide plate for dispersing the liquid coating as a spray. A cam follower is attached to the transverse slide plate and engagable with a cam for moving the spray nozzle relative to the longitudinal slide plate between a first transverse position and a second transverse position.

    摘要: An upper treatment solution nozzle discharges a treatment solution at a treatment position above a substrate. A reference image and a test image are cut out from an image captured after the upper treatment solution nozzle receives an instruction to start discharging the treatment solution. The test image is an image including an area of a surface of a substrate, in which a liquid flow of the treatment solution from the upper treatment solution nozzle is to be formed. The reference image is an image of an area of the surface of the substrate except for the area in which the liquid flow of the treatment solution from the upper treatment solution nozzle is to be formed. Through the comparison between the reference image and the test image, a discharge of the treatment solution from the upper treatment solution nozzle is determined.

    摘要: A nozzle adjustment member for a sprinkler is revealed. A plurality of nozzle tubes aligned in at least one row is positioned on a wall of a hollow pipe. A top end of the nozzle tube is projecting to an outside of the hollow pipe. At least one pivot support is disposed on the outside of the hollow pipe. Each pivot support is pivoted with an adjustment piece having a plurality of guiding openings. The guiding openings are positioned over the plurality of nozzle tubes correspondingly. A nozzle cover is connected with the outside of the hollow pipe for covering the adjustment piece. A plurality of long through holes for mounting the corresponding nozzle tubes is arranged at the nozzle cover. Around a pivot hole, the adjustment piece swings so as to drive the plurality of nozzle tubes moving at an angle and different water distribution patterns are provided.

The nozzle includes outer conduit and an inner conduit nullpositioned such that a gap is formed between the inner and outer conduits. The outer conduit is coupled to the pressurized gas supply source. The inner conduit is coupled to the fluid supply source. Gas passed through the gap between the inner and outer conduits pulls fluid from the fluid supply source and into the gas stream.
