摘要: A motor-operated valve configured to control the flow rate during a normal flow and pass the fluid so as to minimize pressure loss during a reverse flow, and a refrigeration cycle using the same, are provided. It is configured such that during a normal flow, the fluid is made to flow only from between the main valve member and the orifice to perform flow rate control, and during a reverse flow, all or a majority of the fluid is made to flow to a bypass channel without being passed through the orifice to decrease pressure loss as much as possible. A check valve member which closes the bypass channel during a normal flow and opens it during a reverse flow is provided in the valve main body.

摘要: A fluid flow regulation system has an inlet, an outlet, and an adjustable flow regulator connected between the inlet and the outlet. The regulator has a closed position at which a leakage gas flow through the system is established. An extraction device is provided for fluid connection with one or both of the inlet and the outlet and is operable to extract fluid to provide a zero or negative flow from the outlet when the flow regulator is in the closed position.

摘要: A minimum flow valve device includes a housing providing a liquid passageway therethrough having an inlet end and an outlet end; a guide element mounted in the liquid passageway which provides an internal chamber that is open towards the inlet end of the liquid passageway, the guide element including a discharge orifice communicating with the internal chamber; an unloading pipe extending through the housing and communicating with the discharge orifice; an annular non-return valve element; and a valve sleeve member connected to the non-return valve element and extending within the internal chamber. The valve sleeve member includes orifices such that when the non-return valve element and the valve sleeve member are positioned to block liquid flow through the liquid passageway, liquid will flow through the discharge orifice and out the unloading pipe.

摘要: A demand responsive flow regulator valve for use with a power steering pump and steering mechanism has a valve spool slidably disposed in a housing and responsive to a pressure differential across an orifice for the purpose of bypassing excess pump flow. The flow control orifice establishes pressure signals proportional to pump flow to the steering mechanism. The pressure signals are operative on the valve spool to control the bypassing of excess pump flow. A spring loaded metering rod disposed in the flow control orifice increases the effective area of the orifice when pressure demand at the steering mechanism increases thereby increasing the fluid flow to the steering mechanism while simultaneously decreasing the bypass flow.

摘要: In a flow control apparatus, a fluid pressure is introduced from downstream of a metering orifice to a rear room of a spool while a relief valve in the spool is assembled in advance. A front section of a relief valve sub-assembly is press fitted to a hole provided on the spool and is opening to rear room of the spool so that a receiving room of a valve body in a relief valve casing communicates to a bypass path. A communicating path provided in a rod communicates to the rear room of the spool through outside of the relief valve sub-assembly. The relief valve casing is received in a receiving hole provided in the spool and a cylindrical room between the relief valve casing and the receiving room is used as a part of a communicating path.
