    摘要: A submersible electric machine for transporting a liquid, the machine having a hydraulic unit with an impeller, and a drive unit with a housing defining a motor compartment having an electric motor inside. A drive shaft is connected to the electric motor, and extends from the electric motor to the hydraulic unit to a connection with the impeller. A top unit includes a housing defining an electronics chamber separated from the motor compartment by a dividing structural wall. The electronics chamber has a metal partition, having a natural frequency equal to or more than 500 Hz, connected to the top unit housing. A vibration sensor is directly or indirectly connected to the metal partition and monitors vibrations in at least two dimensions at frequencies ranging up to 500 Hz.

    摘要: To provide a supernatant water discharge device capable of preventing overflow from a settling pond due to severe rain.The supernatant water discharge device comprises: a submersible pump 10 provided in a first settling pond D; a floating member 30 that makes the submersible pump 10 float on a water surface; a distance sensor 41 that measures a distance to a sediment S; an anemometer 42; and a controller 50 that stops the submersible pump 10 if a measured value from the distance sensor 41 or the anemometer 42 reaches a threshold. By predicting severe rain, discharge of supernatant water W to a second settling pond P can be stopped. This can prevent overflow from the second settling pond P due to severe rain. If the sediment S gets close to the submersible pump 10 as a result of a drop in water level or increase in a deposition height, the submersible pump 10 can be stopped. This can prevent failure of the submersible pump 10 due to suction of a solid.

    摘要: Example devices, systems, and methods disclosed herein relate to a controller configured to control pressure maintenance in a fire protection system. A controller may be configured to control a fire pump to provide a first level of water pressure and to control operation of a jockey pump that is coupled in parallel with the fire pump to provide a second level of water pressure that is less than the first level. The controller is further configured to receive, from a pressure sensor coupled to the fire protection system, an output representative of the water pressure. The controller is configured to provide instructions to initiate the jockey pump based on a pressure value associated with the output being below a first value, and to provide instructions to initiate the fire pump based on the pressure value being below a second value that is less than the first value.

When the ESP is started the rotating elements rotate in a first direction while the static elements will experience an opposing torque in a second opposite direction. The small rotational movement of the ESP gauge housing, for example, is sensed by the sensor and is used to determine the direction of rotation of the motor and pump to ensure proper ESP motor and/or ESP assembly configuration.

    摘要: Systems and methods for sump pump remote monitoring can include control circuitry integrated into a portable housing, with a backup sump pump connected to the control circuitry. The control circuitry can be powered by a line power and when the line power is not available, the control circuitry can be powered by a battery power. The control circuitry can be connected to a control panel, and the control circuitry can include a pressure transducer, the pressure transducer to measure a pressure in a fluid level sensor, and based on the measured pressure, the control circuitry to adjust the speed of the backup sump pump. A wireless controller can be connected to the control circuitry, the wireless controller for wirelessly receiving monitoring instructions and wirelessly transmitting backup sump pump status data, with the control circuitry providing an indication of the backup sump pump status data to the control panel.
