摘要: A drain tube device of a muffler for a fuel cell vehicle includes: the muffler included in an exhaust pipe of the fuel cell vehicle and having a front end part to which blower air is introduced and a rear end part from which the blower air is discharged; a drain tube having a drain hole disposed between the front end part and the rear end part of the muffler to downwardly discharge the blower air; and a hole cover part mounted in the drain hole to block a hydrogen discharge of the blower air and discharge only condensate water. The drain tube device maintains functioning of the muffler while discharging the condensate water and smoothing a flow of the blower air through the hole cover part mounted in the drain hole upon starting the vehicle.

摘要: A system for ventilating and venting containers containing a fluid volume, such as gearboxes containing an oil filling, has a line system connecting the container to the atmosphere. Upon changes in the volumes in the container due to temperature changes, pressure is equalized. The line system contains a separating housing (12) in which a separating medium (46) having oleophobic and hydrophobic properties separates a first space (42) connected to the container from a second space (44) connected to the atmosphere. Line connections (10, 14) on the separating housing (12) are provided such that liquid-phase substances on opposite sides of the separating medium (46) can flow out of the first space (42) to the container and can drain out of the second space (44) to the atmosphere.

摘要: A residue collector for collecting residual fluid from a low pressurized hose, which runs perpendicularly or at an incline, includes two pipe nozzles that are joined together, the interior spaces of which are connected to each other and form a hollow space, which can be connected to an upwardly extending portion of the low pressurized hose by way of an upper orifice and can be connected to a downwardly extending portion of the low pressurized hose by way of a lower orifice. The front end of the pipe nozzle that is connected to the lower orifice is closed and a protuberance is provided into the front end of the pipe nozzle that is connected to the upper orifice. The protuberance is directed outwardly and with the material thereof being flexible and having a wall thickness that is permits folding, at least partially, into the hollow space due to low pressurization.

摘要: An in-line venturi orifice trap (10) in which a condensate flow path (26) defined by the venturi is at an oblique angle with respect to the axis (18) of a pipeline in which the trap is to be mounted. With this configuration, the orifice (30) may be accessible (e.g. through a port (36) formed in a side wall of the trap or pipeline) without requiring removal of the steam trap from the pipeline.

摘要: A passive water drain for removal of water from a fuel cell system is disclosed, the drain including a main body having a cavity formed therein, an interior element, and a hydrophilic porous media. The passive water drain is adapted to simplify the anode reactant recycler, eliminate the need for bypass valve systems used to remove water from the cathode exhaust, and eliminate the need for condensate draining systems used for compressed air entering the cathode.

摘要: In a moisture separator, a manifold that communicates with a steam inlet is disposed in a shell. A plurality of blowout outlets for steam is provided on a side of the manifold. A first support plate and a lower support frame are fixed to a lower part in the shell to compart a steam drift space and a drain path. A moisture separating element is provided corresponding to the manifold, and steam from which moisture is removed by the moisture separating element is heated by a group of heating tubes to flow as high-temperature reheat steam to the steam outlet. The moisture is led from the drain opening through the drain path to the drain outlet. A blocking plate blocks a part of the drain opening.

摘要: The invention relates to a reducing agent tank 1 for holding a liquid reducing agent as a so-called SCR tank. The SCR tank comprises at least one device for deaerating the tank, which device is closed off by means of at least one pressure-compensating element which permits an exchange of gas but which closes off the tank in a pressure-tight manner. The reducing agent tank (1) also comprises at least one deaeration line (5) which communicates with the pressure-compensating element, with the deaeration line (5) being guided at least to a point above the maximum permissible fording level of the tank when the tank is in the installation position. The deaeration line (5) has at least one first downward-sloping line section (5a) which branches into a second rising line section (5b) for deaeration and a third falling line section (5c) for gravity-induced condensate drainage (FIG. 1).

摘要: A valve system for collection and removal of condensation from a gas-pressurized fluid system. In one embodiment a single valve is used, having inlet, outlet and condensate collection ports and a valve body capable of movement between a position which connects the inlet port to the condensate collection port and a position which connects the condensate collection port to the outlet port. The valve is formed such that the inlet port is not connected to the outlet port while the valve is moved between the two positions, so that the pressurized system is not depressurized. A second embodiment uses two coupled valves replacing the single valve.

摘要: A connector apparatus for controlling fluid dispensing/transmission that includes a control component for communication between couplers thereof. A first coupler has a transmitter, and is releasably connected with a mating reader coupler that has a transmitter and fluid control device to exchange information with the transmitter of the first coupler. The transmitters communicate and are operated by wireless means such as by RF devices. Upon confirming that the first coupler is properly coupled to the mating coupler and that the first coupler has a proper identification, the fluid control device controls fluid flow, using the transmitters of the first coupler and the mating reader coupler, under predetermined parameters, e.g., pressure, temperature, duration, and flow rate, as indicated in the first coupler.
