    摘要: A automatic truss jig setting system is disclosed that includes a table including a plurality of segments with a side edge of adjacent segments defining a slot. At least one pin assembly, and optionally a pair of pin assemblies, is movable independently of each other along the slot. Movement apparatus is provided for independently moving the pin assemblies along the slot. Each of the side edges of the segments associated with the slot defines a substantially vertical plane with a zone being defined between the substantially vertical planes of the side edges, and the movement apparatus is located substantially outside of the zone of the slot. The invention may optionally include a system for handling the obstruction of pin assembly movement, and a system for keeping track of the position of the pin assembly when the pin assembly has encountered an obstruction.

    摘要: A method for assembling a bone anchoring device includes inserting a bone anchoring element in a first holder of a tool and inserting a receiving part in a second holder of the tool, actuating the tool from a first configuration towards a second configuration to insert a head of the bone anchoring element into the receiving part; continuing actuation of the tool towards the second configuration to move a locking ring and a receiving part body of the receiving part relative to each other until the locking ring assumes a second position with respect to the receiving part body in which the locking ring is latched to the receiving part body in a position where the locking ring compresses a portion of the receiving part body to compress the head, such that the head is held in and cannot be removed from the receiving part body and the bone anchoring element is held adjustably at a first angular position relative to the receiving part, and removing the attached bone anchoring element and receiving part from the tool. The tool is configured for the execution of the steps according to the method.

    摘要: Apparatus and method for inserting a hose coupling into a hose, the coupling and the hose having inner surfaces defining an inner diameter. A shaft has a first and a second end. A gripping member is associated with the shaft and is movable between a relaxed condition wherein the gripping member has a diameter less than the inner diameters of the hose the coupling and an expanded condition wherein the diameter of the gripping member is increased so that the gripping member grippingly contacts the inner surface of the hose to secure the shaft in the hose in a way that the second end of the shaft extends from the hose. A pusher member is associated with the shaft, and is engageable with the coupling and is movable along the shaft towards the gripping member to insert the coupling into the hose.

    摘要: In the method, grippers (110, 140) are placed on a stationary assembly table (100) and rod-like members forming a wooden construction are laid on the support of said grippers. The wooden construction can be for example a roof truss or a wall frame. The assembly table comprises a vertical fastening plane (104) to which the grippers are fastened. The fastening plane can be made of ferrous material and the grippers can be fastened to the fastening plane magnetically or by means of a suction pad gripper. The fastening of the grippers to the fastening plane, the fastening of the rod-like members to the grippers and the joint connecting the rod-like members are conducted by means of an assembly robot (200). The joint may be a nail plate joint, a nail, screw or staple joint or a glued joint. From the CAD file of the wooden construction a list of commands controlling the operation of the assembly robot is generated by means of a decompression program. The grippers belonging to the apparatus comprise first grippers (110) and second grippers (140). The first grippers comprise a frame to be fastened to the fastening plane and a supporting part fastened to the frame. The supporting part comprises a face supporting surface to be positioned against the face of the rod-like member, an edge supporting surface to be positioned against the edge surface and a pivot plate for pressing the rod-like member against the face supporting surface. The second grippers comprise a frame to be fastened to the fastening plane and a gripping bracket. The gripping bracket comprises a grip surface to be positioned against the face of the rod-like member, a lip to be positioned against the edge surface, as well as a gripping member, such as a suction pad, for adhering to the surface of the rod-like member.

The expanding clamping device includes a clamp base portion, first and second traversing wedge blocks, an actuation screw, and a clamp plate portion. The clamp base portion comprises a longitudinal recess, and the traversing wedge blocks are located inside the longitudinal recess, each block including an inclined contact surface and a threaded aperture. The actuation screw passes through the longitudinal recess of the clamp base portion and the threaded apertures of the traversing wedge blocks. The clamp plate portion comprises first and second declined contact surfaces. The work holding device comprises first and second support columns that define a longitudinal loading envelope. The expanding clamping device is positioned inside the longitudinal loading envelope of the work holding device and couples the workpiece to the first and second support columns.
