摘要： A method for controlling the saturation level of gas in a liquid discharge includes obtaining temperature and pressure measurements of a solvent in a mixing vessel and obtaining a pressure measurement of a source feedstock in a feedstock tank, correlating the temperature and pressure measurements of the solvent to baseline data to generate a theoretical uptake rate for the source feedstock into the solvent and a theoretical flow rate of the source feedstock into the mixing vessel, and determining a required opening setting for a feedstock valve in the feedstock input line in order to achieve a desired liquid displacement in the mixing vessel. The method includes determining an uptake duration and achieving an uptake displacement equivalent to the reverse of the desired liquid displacement. The method includes generating a valve operating control law for how the feedstock valve should function in a cycle.

An infusion assembly deployed within the tank is adapted to mix the water and additive into a body of water in the well. A processor configured to control the rate at which the additive is provided to the infusion assembly or force main based on measurements of contaminants received from the first and second sensors.

The system includes a dissolution tank having a pressure vessel, a gas source in communication with the pressure vessel, a pump for supplying fluid to a spray nozzle of the dissolution tank, a sensor for detecting fluid levels in an internal chamber of the pressure vessel, and a controller for adjusting fluid levels in the pressure vessel. The method includes supplying fluid to the spray nozzle of the dissolution tank such that fluid droplets are formed in a gas head space of the dissolution tank and gas contained within the head space is dissolved into the fluid. The method can also include spraying a first portion of the liquid containing dissolved gas through a plurality of chamber orifices into a second portion of the liquid.

The system includes a mass transfer apparatus configured to provide the mass transfer of the gas into the liquid, a temperature sensor configured to monitor the temperature of the liquid provided to the mass transfer apparatus, a pressure sensor configured to monitor the pressure within the mass transfer apparatus, and a control unit configured to communicate with the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor. In response, the control unit adjusts the pressure within the mass transfer apparatus to encourage reaching an equilibrium condition within the mass transfer apparatus and provide for consistent gas absorption into the liquid.

摘要： A system and method for carbonating a beverage is disclosed. The system includes a saturation tank having a gas head space of CO2, a carbonation tank, and a beverage supply system to pass the beverage between the saturation tank and the carbonation tank. A beverage supersaturated with CO2 from the head space is formed in the saturation tank. The supersaturated beverage is passed from the saturation tank to the carbonation tank. Once the amount of CO2 added to the beverage exceeds saturation, some of the CO2 escapes from solution from the beverage and the pressure in the carbonation tank increases. Once the pressure within the carbonation tank reaches a pre-defined pressure for the desired volume CO2/volume beverage, a pump supplying the beverage to the saturation tank is shut-off and the inlet and outlet valves of the carbonation tank are closed.

There is an intake filter, an intake hose, a pump or multiple pumps for water intake and sending water throughout the system, a filtering section that may include sand and/or bag filter or other types of filters, an ozone treatment section after the filters, a holding tank after the ozone section, a UV treatment section after the holding tank, and a chlorination tank. The water may then be sent to a water storage facility or other place as desired. The system includes a generator for power to run the system, and a controller for the system. The ozone section makes use of a misting nozzle in order to increase ozone contact time, and decrease ozone breakdown. The UV section makes use of a slightly downward tilted table with UV bulbs and reflectors above it, and preferably is mounted on a leveling system. A method of treating water uses the mobile system.
