    摘要: Systems and methods for delivering a fluid having a desired dissolved gas concentration are provided. The system includes a dissolution tank having a pressure vessel, a gas source in communication with the pressure vessel, a pump for supplying fluid to a spray nozzle of the dissolution tank, a sensor for detecting fluid levels in an internal chamber of the pressure vessel, and a controller for adjusting fluid levels in the pressure vessel. The method includes supplying fluid to the spray nozzle of the dissolution tank such that fluid droplets are formed in a gas head space of the dissolution tank and gas contained within the head space is dissolved into the fluid. The method can also include spraying a first portion of the liquid containing dissolved gas through a plurality of chamber orifices into a second portion of the liquid.

    摘要: A system and method for carbonating a beverage is disclosed. The system includes a saturation tank having a gas head space of CO2, a carbonation tank, and a beverage supply system to pass the beverage between the saturation tank and the carbonation tank. A beverage supersaturated with CO2 from the head space is formed in the saturation tank. The supersaturated beverage is passed from the saturation tank to the carbonation tank. Once the amount of CO2 added to the beverage exceeds saturation, some of the CO2 escapes from solution from the beverage and the pressure in the carbonation tank increases. Once the pressure within the carbonation tank reaches a pre-defined pressure for the desired volume CO2/volume beverage, a pump supplying the beverage to the saturation tank is shut-off and the inlet and outlet valves of the carbonation tank are closed.

    摘要: A mobile water treatment system is disposed on a trailer of a truck. There is an intake filter, an intake hose, a pump or multiple pumps for water intake and sending water throughout the system, a filtering section that may include sand and/or bag filter or other types of filters, an ozone treatment section after the filters, a holding tank after the ozone section, a UV treatment section after the holding tank, and a chlorination tank. The water may then be sent to a water storage facility or other place as desired. The system includes a generator for power to run the system, and a controller for the system. The ozone section makes use of a misting nozzle in order to increase ozone contact time, and decrease ozone breakdown. The UV section makes use of a slightly downward tilted table with UV bulbs and reflectors above it, and preferably is mounted on a leveling system. A method of treating water uses the mobile system.
