    摘要: The invention concerns a fast three-dimensional modeling method comprising the following steps: a phase which consists in transforming the raw material in the work space (32) by means of a device inducing transformation (1); at least at one moment, a phase which consists in supplying non-transformed material, downstream of the doctor blade; a phase which consists in covering the transformed material (PI) with non-transformed material (MAT), which consists in moving the blade in a direction (F), driving in rotation about an axis a rolling member (26, 27) whereon an extruded log of non-transformed raw material (28) is wound, arranging a pushing member (22) such that its proximal edge (23) coincides with the surface of said work space, and positioning said rolling member downstream of the pushing member, and opposite thereof, so as to channel the extruded log of non-tramsformed material towards a cavity formed between the proximal edge and the rolling member facing it.

    摘要: An applicator assembly is provided for depositing various kinds of viscous, spreadable media onto workpieces, such as circuit boards and metal and ceramic substrates, and includes a blade structure having a metal blade portion and a plastic blade portion joined together along one of their respective longitudinal edges. The blade structure is removably attachable to a blade holder and is reversible so that the metal blade can be secured to the blade holder which is mounted to a screen and stencil printer, thus exposing the plastic blade portion for use in screen and stencil printing operations. Alternatively, the blade structure can be secured to the blade holder thereby exposing the metal blade portion for use in screen and stencil printing operations.

    摘要: A system for manufacturing a trim panel includes a plurality of rollers for routing a foam core of the trim panel along a path. A first doctor blade for applying an adhesive resin is disposed adjacent to the first side of the foam core. A second doctor blade for applying an adhesive resin to the second side of the foam core is disposed adjacent the second side of the foam core. The system further includes a mixing head having an output port. A mixing tube is attached to the output port. The mixing head defines first, second, and third distinct fluid paths for the first, second and third components, respectively. The first, second, and third fluid ports extend to the output port. In use, the system continuously monitors the actual application rate of the adhesive resin and compares this actual application rate to a desired application rate and adjusts the pump output accordingly.

Chambered end plates (82), (84) house seals (10) and receive parts (144) of the ends of doctor blades (40), (42) which extend past the end (142) of the roll (112) to promote good sealing at the ends of the assembly.
