摘要: The present invention relates to golf ball components and golf balls comprising high levels of pre-vulcanized or pre-crosslinked materials, as well as methods of making same. The pre-vulcanized or pre-crosslinked materials are typically thermoset materials that are fragmented or ground into a powder, exposed to high pressure, high temperature sintering (nullHPHTSnull) and molded into the desired shape.

摘要: A system and method for making a slip resistant mat can include assembling parts with predetermined geometries to form a mold system that can be used for making slip resistant mats that have suction cups. The unique geometries of the parts which form the mold system can be manufactured efficiently and with reduced costs. The mold system of the present invention can be used to make slip resistant mats with suction cups and an angled edge that can support heavy mechanical loads and heavy foot traffic without moving from a desired locations where the mats are initially positioned.

摘要: A method of making a lasted skate boot having an upper for enclosing and supporting a human foot having an ankle, a plantar surface, a lateral side, a medial side, and toes. The method comprises (a) forming lateral and medial quarter panels by thermoforming a sheet of foam material such that at least one of the quarter panels comprises an inner surface shaped to substantially conform to one of the lateral and medial sides of the foot; (b) assembling to the quarter panels a toe box for enclosing the toes of the foot, an inner lining having an inner surface adapted to contact the foot in use, and a tongue extending upwardly and rearwardly from the toe box to form the upper; and (c) affixing to the upper an insole for facing the plantar surface of the foot.

摘要: A stamper holder capable molding of a substrate having a high-quality. The stamper holder is mounted in a mold of a mold assembly that molds a substrate for an information recording medium, together with a stamper having a molding surface for forming micro asperities in a surface of the substrate, in a state where the stamper is fitted in an insertion hole formed through a central portion of the stamper. The stamper holder is formed such that an outer periphery thereof is increased in diameter on a side toward the molding surface compared with a reverse side thereof to form a sloped surface, and part or all of an outer peripheral surface of the stamper holder opposed to an inner peripheral surface of the stamper defining the insertion hole has a shape complementary to the inner peripheral surface of the stamper.

摘要: A method for recycling and reusing corrugated paper comprising the steps of: pulverizing the waste corrugated paper into a plurality of scraps; adding viscose to mix with the scraps; agitating viscose and the scraps so that a surface of each scrap is stuck with a thin layer of viscose; filling the scraps with viscose into a model; compressing the scraps for solidifying the scraps so as to form a shaped product; and drying the shaped product. The size of the corrugated paper is less than 10 cm. The viscose is water-solvable viscose. The compressing pressure is larger than 15 tons. In agitating step, recycling short fiber for waste paper can be added.

The composite separator plate is polymeric and includes expanded graphite dispersed throughout the polymeric material. The expanded graphite provides an electrically conductive pathway through the separator plate. The method includes the step of dispersing by mixing or sprinkling the expanded graphite in the polymeric material and compressing the expanded graphite while compression molding the separator plate.

摘要: A fuel cell separator having dense areas and porous areas is manufactured by charging powdered molding material into a compression mold, then compression molding the powdered material. The powdered material is charged respectively for the dense areas of the separator and for the porous areas of the separator, following which the respectively charged molding materials are integrally compression molded to form dense areas and porous areas. This process can be used to inexpensively mass-produce fuel cell separators in which dense areas and porous areas are selectively formed where required. The respective areas can be conferred with a uniform density or porosity even in separators having flow channels of complex shape.

摘要: A core for winding a continuous web of material. In one embodiment of the present invention, the core includes a first inner portion and a second outer portion. The inner and outer portions once had the same inner diameters. However, the outer portion is resized to having a second inner diameter so that it may overlap the first inner portion. A workpiece, which will be cut into a plurality of second outer portions, is heated. The heated workpiece is then placed over a plug which has an outer diameter that substantially corresponds to the desired inner diameter for the second outer portions. By placing the heated workpiece over the plug, the workpiece is stretched to have the desired second inner diameter. The workpiece is then cut into a plurality of second outer portions of the desired width. Because the inner diameter of each second portion is now larger, they are permitted to overlap a corresponding first inner portion.
