摘要: A destructive device, wherein treated material (1) including a foam body is pre-compressed in thickness direction and fed to the opposed part of a pair of compression rolls (21, 22), partition walls forming independent air bubbles in the foam body is destructed by the compression rolls (21, 22) and foam gas is arrested into a cover (3) installed on the outlet side of the compression rolls (21, 22), the foam gas is liquefied and separated by a cooling and liquefying device (6) through a cooling device (15) after pressurized, together with medium gas (41) for collection, by a pressurizing device (5), and the medium gas for collection from which the foam gas is separated is returned into the cover (3), whereby, since the foam gas is liquefied and separated in pressurized state by the cooling and liquefying device (6) by arresting the foam gas in high density inside the cover (3), the device can be remarkably downsized and simplified, and a device cost and an operation cost can also be remarkably reduced.

摘要: A method for recycling and reusing corrugated paper comprising the steps of: pulverizing the waste corrugated paper into a plurality of scraps; adding viscose to mix with the scraps; agitating viscose and the scraps so that a surface of each scrap is stuck with a thin layer of viscose; filling the scraps with viscose into a model; compressing the scraps for solidifying the scraps so as to form a shaped product; and drying the shaped product. The size of the corrugated paper is less than 10 cm. The viscose is water-solvable viscose. The compressing pressure is larger than 15 tons. In agitating step, recycling short fiber for waste paper can be added.

摘要: The invention relates to a transparent, biaxially oriented polyester film with a base layer B which is composed of at least 80% by weight of a thermoplastic polyester, and with at least one outer layer A. Another polymeric layer made from a copolymer crosslinked using an acrylic and/or methacrylic compound, has been applied to that side of the film opposite to the outer layer A. The film has low oxygen transmission and exhibits very good adhesion between the respective layers. The coated film moveover has low coefficient of friction, excellent windability, and excellent antistatic performance. It is particularly suitable for packaging purposes, specifically for packaging foodstuffs or other consumable items. The invention further relates to a process for the production of the film.

摘要: A waste PVA foam recycling process to crashes the waste PVA foam into evenly distributed grains, then grains are placed into a molding die while a PVA mixing agent is added into grains. Both of the agent and grains are polymerized, heat dehydrated and hardened into an integral compound to create friction resistance between soft and hard components for removing pollutants. The PVA foam grains can be further admixed with color grains to create merchandisable patterns. Therefore, the present invention, by reclaiming the waste PVA foam and to producing zero pollutant recycled PVA foam with economic value.

摘要: Disposable polymeric container covers, methods of manufacturing the same, and machines for manufacturing the same are disclosed wherein the cover may include a polymer film adapted to enclose a bowl or the like, and an elastic film proximate thereto adapted to seal the cover against the bowl. The elastic film may be provided as an annular member completely surrounding the bowl, or in segments around an otherwise non-elastic ring. The method may include co-extruding the elastic with the non-elastic polymer, or stamping the elastic and non-elastic polymers as separate pieces and then heat sealing them together.
