摘要: The present invention contemplates a pedestal mounted taxidermy mannequin, and a mold for manufacturing same. Once molded, the taxidermy mannequin includes an elongated, bored hole formed in a bottom portion thereof, and a rigid block positioned in supporting relation to the bored hole, thereby providing structural reinforcement and integrity to the bored hole. A rod is inserted into the bored hole to mount the mannequin to a pedestal. The mold for manufacturing the mannequin is an injection mold into which an elongated rod is inserted after the polyurethane has been injected therein. Just prior to hardening of the polyurethane, the end is removed, thereby leaving a bored hold in the mannequin form.

摘要: The present document describes a process for manufacturing a pane of laminated glass without recourse to an autoclave. The pack of layers are composed of stacked layers (6, 7, 8), is raised to the softening temperature of the thermoplastic interlayer of the pack of layers in a preheat channel (1). The preheated pack of layers is put under vacuum in a vacuum assembly station (2) for the purpose of extracting the gas from the spaces separating the layers (6, 7, 8). After the gas has been extracted, the edge of the pack of layers, which is heid under vacuum, is mechanically compressed inside the vacuum box and is thus sealed. Finally, the pack of layers is brought to atmospheric pressure and its temperature further increased in a postheat channel (4).

摘要: An electrostatic thermal bonding method for bonding a pair of glass substrates, is capable of solving the problems such as a contamination of a device and incomplete vacuum packaging due to gas generated during the bonding of glass substrates utilizing a conventional epoxy or frit. The electrostatic thermal bonding method uses a silicon-glass bonding mechanism. First, a silicon thin film is deposited on a metal thin film formed on a side of one glass substrate, and the two glass substrates are brought face to face with each other by bringing the silicon thin film into contact with the surface of the other glass substrate. A predetermined direct current voltage is applied between the metal thin film and the other glass substrate under a predetermined temperature, thereby the bonding between glass substrates is performed. In the glass-glass bonding method utilizing the silicon thin film, the direct current voltage in the range of 0 to 1000V is applied under a bonding temperature between 100 to 500° C. and the elements are combined between a surface of the glass and a surface of the silicon thin film. Therefore, such a bonding results in an improved bonding strength and an improved vacuum packaging.

摘要: On a glass sheet, an undercoating layer and a conductive film containing tin oxide as a main component are formed suitably in this order. On the conductive film, a photoelectric conversion unit and a back electrode are formed, thus obtaining a thin film photoelectric conversion device. In the present invention, the absorption coefficient of this conductive film is decreased up to 1.2×103 cm−1 or less. In another embodiment of the present invention, the chlorine concentration in a conductive film is set to be 0.11 wt. % or lower and the fluorine concentration in the conductive film is equal to or higher than the chlorine concentration. In still another embodiment, in a wavelength of 550 nm, a conductive film is formed so that a glass sheet with a conductive film has a transmittance of at least 79% and a haze ratio of at least 4%.
