    摘要: An anti-reflection material and a polarization film which exhibit superior anti-reflection properties by preventing external light such as sunlight, fluorescent light, etc., from being reflected on a display, which yield a clear image without sparkling and reduces image contrast, and which exhibit superior wear resistance, chemical resistance, and contamination resistance, as well as exhibit optical stability. A hard coat layer is provided on one surface or two surfaces of a transparent substrate directly or via another layer, and an anti-reflection film having a lower refraction index than the hard coat layer is further provide on the hard coat layer. The hard coat layer consists of at least {circle around (1)} a polymer polymerizing (metha)acrylate compound having a fluorene structure; {circle around (2)} a polymer polymerizing urethane (metha)acrylate compound and ultrafine particles having a high refraction index; and {circle around (3)} radiation and/or thermosetting resin and surface-treated titanium oxide ultrafine particles.

    摘要: A base rubber selected from natural rubber and diene rubber is blended with, based on 100 parts by weight of the base rubber, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer having a primary amine content of not more than 1% by weight, a monomer content of not more than 3% by weight and a dimer content of at least 30% by weight. The resulting rubber composition is vulcanized in contact with a reinforcing material such as an organic fiber or a steel cord. The rubber article thus obtained and reinforced with the reinforcing material is excellent in adhesiveness between the rubber and the reinforcing material, and further in thermal resistance.

    摘要: An adhesion promoter comprises a polymeric strand with an epoxy-reactive group other than a phenolic hydroxyl group, and a crosslinking group that crosslinks the polymeric strand with a rubber in a crosslinking reaction, wherein the polymeric strand is water soluble in an amount of at least 10 g/l, and more preferably at least 100 g/l. Particularly contemplated adhesion promoters may further comprise styrene-butadiene-vinylpyridine copolymer, and may advantageously be employed as a replacement for resorcinol-formaldehyde latex in the fabrication of a rubber containing tire. Especially contemplated rubber compositions may additionally comprise maleinized polybutadiene to synergistically improve adhesion of the rubber to a polymeric fiber coupled via contemplated adhesion promoters.

    摘要: Unsaturated polyetherester resins, and processes for making them, are described which are useful for making curable thermoset resin compositions, intermediates for curable thermoset resin compositions, fiber-reinforced polymer composites, intermediates for making skin laminates for gel coated fiber-reinforced composites and gel coated polymer laminates. The unsaturated polyetherester resins are obtainable by reacting at least one acid-terminated unsaturated polyetherester resin with at least one aromatic polyol having at least one non-primary hydroxy group to produce an unsaturated polyetherester resin at least partially end-capped with an aromatic polyol. The described processes, compositions, methods and uses improve the chemical and/or water resistance of resin compositions, particularly composite materials having a gel coat. That improvement has special significance in outdoor and marine applications, bathtubs and shower stalls, and environments exposed to chemicals such as industrial and commercial applications.

A ring shaped rubber compound made of unvulcanized rubber material into which magnetic powders are mixed and having thickness t1 of 1.5 times to 5 times thicker than the thickness t of the encoder made of rubber material as the final product is vulcanizingly molded. In this vulcanizingly molding process, the thickness of ring shaped rubber compound is reduced to one fifth (⅕) to two thirds (⅔) by compressing the ring shaped rubber compound in the axial direction under high temperature. And then, vulcanizingly molded one is magnetized S-poles and N-poles alternately in circumference.
