    摘要: A method of producing a rubber-resin composite whose vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic resin moldings are bonded together by high adhesive strength at low cost, satisfying both moldability and mechanical strength. It comprises: (1) making the vulcanized rubber molding by vulcanization molding, (2) forming an adhesive layer, whose principal ingredient is chlorosulfonated polyethylene, on a surface of the rubber molding to be bonded to the resin, and (3) while arranging the rubber molding in a mold, pouring the thermoplastic resin containing 30˜60 wt. % of glass fiber in a molten state into the mold to form the resin molding.

    摘要: The resin composition for a skin member according to the present invention comprises a completely or partially crosslinked olefin thermoplastic elastomer (A) in an amount of 100 parts by weight, an organopolysiloxane (B) having a viscosity (JIS K2283, 25° C.) of not less than 1×106 cSt, preferably 1×106 to 1×108 cSt in an amount of 2 to 20 parts by weight, an organopolysiloxane (C) having a viscosity (JIS K2283, 25° C.) of not less than 10 cSt and less than 1×106 cSt in an amount of 0.5 to 5 parts by weight, and optionally, a polyolefin resin (D) in an amount of 5 to 150 parts by weight and/or a fluoropolymer (E) in an amount of 0.5 to 10 parts by weight. The other resin composition for a skin member according to the invention comprises a completely or partially crosslinked olefin thermoplastic elastomer (A) in an amount of 100 parts by weight, a fluoropolymer (E) in an amount of 0.5 to 10 parts by weight, and optionally, a polyolefin resin (D) in an amount of 5 to 150 parts by weight. The laminate according to the invention is formed by laminating a skin member comprising any of the above compositions to a core comprising a thermoplastic elastomer. According to the invention, a resin composition for a skin member, which is capable of producing a laminate exhibiting good sliding properties for a window glass and excellent abrasion resistance and having only a slight amount of a die residue brought about in the extrusion molding, and a laminate using the resin composition can be obtained.

    摘要: Multilayer fluoropolymer films are formed from a layer of a fluoropolymer, a tie layer and a thermoplastic layer. The tie layer is a blend of an olefin-containing polymer, preferably at least one polyolefin having at least one functional moiety, such as an unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride thereof, and a styrene-containing polymer. Preferably, the fluoropolymer is a chlorotrifluoroethylene homopolymer or copolymer and the thermoplastic layer is a polyethylene. The preferred styrene-containing polymer is a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer. These films exhibit increased adhesion between the layers as compared to a multilayer structure in which the tie layer is formed only from the olefin-containing polymer. The multilayer films are useful in packaging applications, including pharmaceutical packaging.
