摘要: A method for production of a modified cement powder comprises the steps of: a) acquiring batch cement, and b) forming a modified cement powder with an average particle size of between 2 nm and 150 nm. A method for improving the stability of a soil sample comprises a steps of: a) acquiring the soil sample, b) acquiring a cement, c) forming a cement powder (nano-cement) with an average particle size of between 2 nm and 150 nm, optionally preparing a suspension of the nano-cement in water, d) mixing the cement powder or the suspension of the cement powder in water with the soil sample in a weight ratio of between 1:100 and 1:1 of the cement powder to the soil sample, respectively, e) applying the mixture obtained in step d) to the required construction site, optionally by applying the PWS mixtureing, f) forming the mixture at the construction site in accordance with a predetermined construction project until a structure of predetermined dimensions is obtained, g) exposing the structure obtained in step f) to an amount of water for the curing time.

摘要: The present invention describes a hydraulic cement composition, process and use thereof, wherein the composition comprises a hydraulic cement composition with increased resistance against carbon dioxide (CO2) for application in reservoirs such as oil and gas and carbon capture and storage (CCS) wells; with improved performance of cement paste formulations as a material for application in primary, secondary cementing, recovery and/or plugging operations, of reservoirs/wells that operate with high CO2 content; as a technological alternative to guarantee the integrity of wells in CO2-rich environments for long periods of time, without any additional intervention to the already current operational procedures for cementing wells, and with cost reduction in relation to class G cement (currently, the main raw material); and sufficient chemical resistance to carry out enhanced oil (EOR) and gas (EGR) recovery by injecting high levels of CO2, increasing reservoir pressure throughout the extraction period of hydrocarbon reservoirs.

摘要: Disclosed are a room temperature curable quick-setting high-strength alkali-activated fly ash (AAFA) cementitious material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of building materials. The raw materials include: in parts by mass, 30-50 parts of undisturbed fly ash, 50-70 parts of highly reactive ultra-fine fly ash, and 12-18 parts of sodium hydroxide. Specifically, the AAFA with fast setting and high strength for room temperature curing is prepared by pretreatment of fly ash with sodium hydroxide exciter, based on a premise that the raw material system and preparation process are simplified and feasible.

摘要: Cement slurries, cured cements, and methods of making cured cement and methods of using cement slurries are provided. The cement slurry contains water, a cement precursor material, an alcohol surfactant having from 10 to 20 carbon atoms and a carboxylic acid comprising an aliphatic chain having from 16 to 18 carbons. In some embodiments, the alcohol surfactant may comprise the formula R—(OC2H4)x—OH where R is a hydrocarbyl group having from 10 to 20 carbons and x is an integer from 1 to 10. The cured cement contains water, cement, an alcohol surfactant having from 10 to 20 carbon atoms and a carboxylic acid comprising an aliphatic chain having from 16 to 18 carbons. In some embodiments, the alcohol surfactant may comprise the formula R—(OC2H4)x—OH where R is a hydrocarbyl group having from 10 to 20 carbons and x is an integer from 1 to 10.

摘要: Cement slurries, cured cements, and methods of making cured cement and methods of using cement slurries are provided. The cement slurries have, among other attributes, improved rheology, such as improved flowability and pumpability and may be used, for instance, in the oil and gas drilling industry. The cement slurry contains water, a cement precursor material and a surfactant having the formula R—(OC2H4)x—OH where R is a hydrocarbyl group comprising from 10 to 20 carbon atoms and x is an integer from 1 and 10. The cured cement have improved strength and density properties due to reduced fluid loss and even placement during curing. The cured cement contains a surfactant having the formula R—(OC2H4)x—OH where R is a hydrocarbyl group comprising from 10 to 20 carbon atoms and x is an integer from 1 and 10.

摘要: A low-calcium silicate cement, comprising: based on the total mass of oxides as 1, 50-60% of calcium oxide, 30-45% of silica, 2-6% of alumina, and 1-4% of iron oxide. A preparation method of the low-calcium silicate cement comprises: subjecting raw materials to crushing, joint grinding and uniform mixing to obtain a low-calcium silicate cement raw meal; calcining the above low-calcium silicate cement raw meal at 1050-1300° C. for 30-90 min, and cooling to obtain low-calcium silicate cement clinker; and levigating the above low-calcium silicate cement clinker till a specific surface area is 400-500 m2/Kg, thereby obtaining a low-calcium silicate cement.

摘要: An hydraulically set oil-permeable cement body is provided in the form of a stand-alone block or briquette for preserving cooking oil during deep fat frying, said body. It has substantially no free water or having a low free water content for resisting damage on immersion in cooking oil and initial heating and is enclosed in packaging that resists ingress of water or water vapor The block or briquette consists of >50 wt % of a mixture of milled white OPC clinker and white OPC, optionally silica 1-2 wt % and/or titania (TiO2) 1-2 wt % and optionally further ingredients selected from calcium silicate, magnesium silicate, aluminum silicate, natural feldspars, natural sodium zeolites, natural calcium zeolites, synthetic sodium zeolites, synthetic calcium zeolites, wollastonite, calcium hydroxide, clays, pillared clays, activated clays/earths, talcs/kaolinite, amphiboles, granite porphyry, rhyolite, agalmatolite, porphyry, attapulgite and diatomaceous earth. It has the properties that calcium and magnesium substantially do not leach into the oil and that it is porous so that oil can diffuse into it and contaminants can be deposited on and within it.
