    摘要: Organopolysiloxanes in which two polysiloxane chains are bonded via a divalent radical can be obtained by reaction of cyanuric halides with organopolysiloxanes which contain primary amino groups in substituents. The divalent radical contains 1,3,5-triazine rings, to which a halogen atom is still bonded. The organopolysiloxanes thus obtained are suitable for soft handle treatment of fiber materials. In particular, textile sheet-like structures which comprise cellulose fibers can thereby be given a soft handle and improved permanence of the treatment effects with respect to washing processes.

    摘要: Polyorganosiloxanes having an average of more than two siloxane repeat units, at least one of which repeat units includes a photoinitiating group bound to the silicon atom thereof, the photoinitiating group having the formula ##STR1## where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different alkyl groups or R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are alkylene groups linked to each other so that R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 together with the carbon atom to which both are attached comprise a cycloalkyl group, and R.sup.3 is H or hydrocarbyl.Compositions of these polyorganosiloxanes and silicones or organic monomers with free radical curable groups are readily cured by irradiation with UV light.

    摘要: The invention provides an organopolysiloxane having at least one polyhydric pendant group bonded to the silicon atom as derived from a polyglycerol compound. Such an organopolysiloxane is useful as a non-ionic surface active agent. The organopolysiloxane can be prepared by the hydrosilation reaction between an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least one hydrogen atom directly bonded to the silicon atom and a polyglycerol compound having an aliphatically unsaturated linkage in the molecule such as those obtained by the reaction of allyl alcohol and glycidol or by the reaction of diglycerin and allyl glycidyl ether.

    摘要: A novel acrylic-functional organopolysiloxane is proposed which has a plural number of silicon-bonded (meth)acryloxyalkyl groups at each molecular chain end along with one or more of silicon-bonded alkoxy groups. The organopolysiloxane exhibits high curability by the irradiation with ultraviolet light or dual curability either by the ultraviolet irradiation or by the dealcoholation condensation reaction in a moisture-containing atmosphere. The acrylic-functional organopolysiloxane is prepared by the dealcoholation condensation reaction between a starting organopolysiloxane having a plural number of silicon-bonded alkoxy groups at each molecular chain end and a (meth)acryloxyalkyl dimethyl silanol compound in the presence of a specific condensation catalyst which is a divalent tin compound such as tin (II) dioctoate promoting the dealcoholation condensation but suppressing the silanol condensation reaction between the moleculaes of the (meth)acryloxyalkyl dimethyl silanol compound.
