In order to provide an apron drafting system in which reliable guidance of the bottom apron is ensured while maintaining a high drive power, there is provision for the apron bridge for guiding the bottom apron to have a line section with guiding means for lateral guidance of the bottom apron circulating around the apron bridge.

    摘要： An assisting tool is provided for making a tufted ornament having a bunch of threads. The assisting tool includes a first frame and a second frame that form a generally rectangular shape when assembled. The first and second frames have first and second thread hanging portions, respectively, that are spaced apart from each other in a first direction. Each thread hanging portion extends in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The assisting tool further includes a length adjuster for adjustably varying the length in the first direction from the first thread hanging portion to the second thread hanging portion by allowing the first and second frames to slide toward or away from each other.

    摘要： A device for compacting a fiber composite on a spinning machine includes consecutive drafting arrangement roller pairs. A compaction unit is pivotably mounted on the machine frame downstream of the delivery roller pairs with a pivot axis parallel to the rotational axes of the delivery roller pair, and includes a support with a suction drum rotatably supported on the support. At the end of a suction zone of the drum, a nip roller is fastened to the support to form a nip line. The support is spring-loaded to form a drive connection between the lower roller of the delivery roller pair and the suction drum, wherein the suction drum is moved against the lower roller. Guide means fix the compaction unit in position as mounted on the machine frame, and the spring element is mounted on the free end of the pressure lever.
