    摘要: A power supply circuit, using direct current or rectified alternating current sources having output and return supply lines (a, b), for a coil of an electromagnet having at least one principal winding (B1) and a secondary winding (B2). The power supply circuit includes a first semiconductor element (T2) having a gate and a source drain path and capable of providing or blocking a supply of current to the secondary winding (B2), the source drain path connected between the secondary winding (B2) and the return supply line (b); and a switching means (10) connected between the primary winding (B1) and the gate of the first semiconductor element (T2). The switching means (10) includes a second semiconductor element (T1) having a gate and a source drain path and capable of keeping the first semiconductor element (T2) from conducting when a voltage between the gate of the second semiconductor element (T1) and the return supply line (b) reaches a threshold voltage (Vs) greater than a value (V1) corresponding to a start of a closing of the electromagnet, the source drain path of the second semiconductor element (T1) connected between the gate of the first semiconductor element (T2) and the return supply line (b), and an adaptation circuit connected between the primary winding (B1) and the gate of the second semiconductor element (T1).

    摘要: A noise-free low-power consumption wide voltage range DC and AC contactor and remote telephone control system is disclosed. A movable iron core is connected to a linkage. Another end of the linkage is connected to a micro switch. A normal close contact of the micro switch is serially connected to a magnetic coil and is parallel connected to an IC circuit and a retaining coil. A lower end of the movable iron coil is in the extent of the coil so that the magnetic coil attracts the movable iron core to move downwards to conduct the contactor and meanwhile, the magnetic coil will disconnect. The retaining coil is used to replaced the magnetic coil to attract the movable iron core. Since the power consumption of the retaining coil is small and thus the contactor is noise free, lower power consumption, and wide voltage range. Three voltage stages are selectable. The connector can be used with a telephone, a telephone wire, a voice system, a keyboard and a software program so as to be formed as a remote telephone control system with a simple structure, lower cost and be a multi-functional device. Thereby, it can be used widely.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay is provided with a high current "boost" coil, a lower current normal operating or "seal" coil and a static, electronic circuit that functions under low voltage conditions to energize the boost coil to retain the relay closed. An additional function of this static, electronic circuit is to energize the boost coil for a time interval on initial power application in order to assist in closing the relay, and this time interval automatically varies in the correct direction with variation in the supply voltage available to the coil so that the lower such available voltage is from its normal value, the longer the boosting time interval. At other times, both coils are energized in series at low current to hold the relay closed. This static, electronic circuit is small enough to be integrally incorporated within the housing of a conventional sealed power relay.

    摘要: An electric starting apparatus for cranking an internal combustion engine. The electric starter is of a type that has solenoid pull-in and hold-in coils that when energized cause a solenoid plunger to shift which in turn moves a pinion into mesh with the ring gear of the engine. The hole-in coil can be energized directly from a battery when a manually operable start switch is closed. The energization of the pull-in coil is controlled by a Darlington transistor located in the solenoid housing. The transistor is biased conductive when the start switch is closed and nonconductive when the start switch is opened.

    摘要: In an electromagnetic switching device including a cylindrical part made of a magnetic material with a closed bottom for housing a movable iron core having a movable contact and so constructed as to render the movable contact movable toward and away from a fixed contact, a joint member made of a metallic material with an insertion hole formed substantially in the center thereof for movably receiving a movable shaft fixedly attached to the movable iron core, and a metal plate made of a non-magnetic material with a hole formed substantially in the center thereof with the inner diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the cylindrical part, the cylindrical part and the joint member are air-tightly jointed to each other with the metal plate provided therebetween, and the movable iron core is housed in the cylindrical part with a clearance defined between the movable iron core and the joint member corresponding to a required stroke within which the movable contact contacts the fixed contact. This arrangement provides improvement in magnetic efficiency of electromagnet of the device. Accordingly, improved energy saving performance is accomplished as compared with a case of a conventional electromagnetic switching device.

    摘要: A fast operate-fast release direct current solenoid includes a main winding and an auxiliary winding having equal turns. The windings are connected in parallel to a control switch. A capacitor is connected in series with the auxiliary winding only and a diode is interposed between the control switch and both windings. When the control switch is closed, both windings are energized, causing fast pull in. The capacitor then charges and stops current to the auxiliary winding. When the control switch opens, the capacitor discharges through both coils.
