The dental material allows mimicking the red coloration of natural teeth and natural oral mucosa. Also provided is the use of the dental material and the pigment and starting compositions for making the pigment in the preparation of a dental restoration. Furthermore, a process for preparing a dental restoration and a process for preparing the pigment is provided.

摘要: Disclosed are a glass ceramic material, a preparation method thereof, and a denture. The glass ceramic material includes the following components by mass percentage: 58% to 72% of SiO2, 0% to 4% of Al2O3, 0% to 5% of Na2O, 3% to 8% of K2O, 8% to 17% of Li2O, 2.5% to 5% of P2O5, 0% to 2% of MgO, 0% to 2.5% of B2O3, 0% to 5% of ZnO and 0% to 3% of ZrO2. In the present application, by optimizing the composition and ratio of the glass ceramic material, and combining with a matching process system, it is possible to control the formation of lithium disilicate while the crystallinity of lithium metasilicate glass ceramic can be improved without an introduction of a high ratio of zirconia content, thereby improving the grinding performance of the glass ceramic. The present application is applicable to the field of material technology.

摘要: Disclosed is a machinable dental bulk block that is a glass ceramic block including an amorphous glass matrix and crystalline phases introduced into the matrix. A major crystalline phase is lithium disilicate and a minor crystalline phase is lithium phosphate. The dental block is made of a functionally gradient material in which the major crystalline phase exhibits a gradient of particle sizes in a depth direction of the dental block and which has no interface at a point where the gradient of particle sizes of the major crystalline phase changes. The dental bulk block is useful for production of a dental prosthesis (artificial tooth) similar to a natural tooth. The dental bulk block can reduce time and the number of processing steps to manufacture a dental prosthesis and provides improved structural stability through good force distribution obtained by functionally graded mechanical properties.

The bulk block has the advantages of improved mechanical properties, being capable of preventing microleakage, exhibiting excellent aesthetics, and enabling machining.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for the production of a blank of a ceramic material, wherein a first ceramic material and then a second ceramic material of different compositions are filled into a mold and wherein the materials are pressed and after pressing are sintered. Thereby, a layer of the first ceramic material is filled into the mold, a first open cavity is formed in the layer, the second ceramic material is filled into the first open cavity and the materials are pressed together and are then heat-treated. Both the first ceramic material and the second ceramic material contain, or consists of, lithium silicate glass ceramic.

The present invention relates to a zirconia pre-sintered body comprising a multilayer structure including at least three layers containing zirconia and a stabilizer capable of reducing a phase transformation of zirconia, the zirconia comprising predominantly monoclinic crystal system, the multilayer structure including at least two layers that differ from one another in the content of the stabilizer relative to the total mole of the zirconia and the stabilizer, the multilayer structure including at least two layers having substantially the same stabilizer content relative to the total mole of the zirconia and the stabilizer, the zirconia pre-sintered body containing a color component in all of the layers having substantially the same stabilizer content, and the layers having substantially the same stabilizer content differing from one another in the composition of the color component.
