摘要: A low-temperature NOx storage catalyst for automobile exhaust purification and a preparation method thereof. Loading a noble metal salt solution on molecular sieve by equal volume impregnation method, wherein the noble metal salt solution comprises palladium nitrate and platinum nitrate, and the molecular sieve comprises SSZ, SAPO and BETA, then drying at 60-120° C. for 2-6 h, roasting at 500-550° C. in air for 2-5 h, and further roasting at 750-850° C. in air for 2-5 h, and then mixing with aluminum sol, ball milling and pulping, and then coating the slurry on a carrier, wherein the loading on the coating is 100-250 g/L and the noble metal content is 10-150 g/ft3, drying at 60-120° C. for 2-6 h, then roasting at 500-550° C. in air for 2-5 h, and further continuing roasting at 750-850° C. in air for 2-5 h, to obtain the catalyst. Loading the noble metals Pt and Pd into a pore channel of a molecular sieve improves NOx storage capacity of a catalyst at low temperatures, and selecting a different type of molecular sieve as an NOx storage unit and increasing a roasting temperature of a molecular sieve material on which Pt and Pd are loaded significantly increases NOx storage capacity.

摘要: Disclosed in the present invention is a tail gas treatment catalyst. The catalyst consists of a carrier, a first catalyst, and a second catalyst. The first catalyst and the second catalyst are provided on both ends of the carrier. The first catalyst can purify pollutants in tail gas. The second catalyst can purify a byproduct, ammonia, obtained by the purification by the first catalyst and pollutants that are not completely purified by the first catalyst. The second catalyst is of a double-layer structure; the lower layer consists of an oxygen storage material, aluminum oxide, and a second active component; the second active component is a composition of Pt and Pd, or a composition of Ce, Fe, Ni and Cu; the upper layer consists of a molecular sieve and a third active component; the third active component is Cu or a composition of Cu and Fe. The tail gas treatment catalyst of the present invention has high purification treatment efficiency, and can significantly reduce the emissions of CH4, CO, and NOx in the tail gas, especially reduce the content of the byproduct, NH3, so that the tail gas can meet China VI emission standards.

摘要: Disclosed are a catalyst for preparing hydrocarbons from carbon dioxide by one-step hydrogenation and a method for preparing same. The catalyst includes nano-metal oxides and hierarchical zeolites, where the mass fraction of the nano-metal oxides in the catalyst is 10%-90%, and the mass fraction of the hierarchical zeolites in the catalyst is 10%-90%. The catalyst has excellent catalytic performance, good reaction stability and high selectivity for desired products, and in the hydrocarbons, C2=-C4= reach up to 80%, C5+ reach up to 80%, and aromatics reach up to 65%.

摘要: A phosphorus-containing molecular sieve has a phosphorus content of about 0.3-5 wt %, a pore volume of about 0.2-0.95 ml/g, and a ratio of B acid content to L acid content of about 2-10. The molecular sieve has a specific combination of characteristics, including a high ratio of B acid content to L acid content, thereby exhibiting higher hydrocracking activity and ring-opening selectivity when used in the preparation of a hydrocracking catalyst.

摘要: A catalyst is provided for hydrodeoxygenation and hydroisomerization of paraffins having higher activity. The catalyst contains a molecular sieve, such as SAPO-11, a metal component such as platinum and/or palladium or nickel tungsten sulfide or nickel molybdenum sulfide and a binder such as gamma alumina. The catalyst exhibits a high proportion of weak acid sites and a relatively equal distribution of the metal component on the molecular sieve and the binder.

摘要: A method for preparing C2 to C5 paraffins including introducing a feed stream of hydrogen gas and a carbon-containing gas selected from carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and mixtures thereof into a reaction zone of a reactor. Converting the feed stream into a product stream that includes C2 to C5 paraffins in the reaction zone in the presence of a hybrid catalyst. The hybrid catalyst including a microporous catalyst component; and a metal oxide catalyst component. The metal oxide catalyst component including a metal component present on a metal oxide support material. The metal oxide support material includes at least one oxide of a metal selected from Group 4 of the IUPAC periodic table of elements. The product stream has a C3/C2 carbon molar ratio greater than or equal to 4.0.

In particular, the catalyst composition includes a zeolite having a chabazite (CHA) crystal structure ion-exchanged with iron and copper. Methods of making and using the catalyst composition are also provided, as well as emission treatment systems containing a catalyst article coated with the catalyst composition. The catalyst article present in such emission treatment systems is useful to catalyze the reduction of nitrogen oxides in gas exhaust in the presence of a reductant.

摘要: This exhaust gas purifying catalyst is provided with a substrate 10 and a catalyst layer 20 formed on a surface of the substrate 10. The catalyst layer 20 contains zeolite particles 22 that support a metal, and a rare earth element-containing compound 24 that contains a rare earth element. The rare earth element-containing compound 24 is added in such an amount that the molar ratio of the rare earth element relative to Si contained in the zeolite 22 is 0.001 to 0.014 in terms of oxides.
