摘要: Oxidative dehydrogenation catalysts comprising MoVNbTeO having improved consistency of composition and a 25% conversion of ethylene at less than 420° C. and a selectivity to ethylene above 95% are prepared by treating the catalyst precursor with H2O2 in an amount equivalent to 0.30-2.8 mL H2O2 of a 30% solution per gram of catalyst precursor prior to calcining and treating the resulting catalyst with the equivalent amount of peroxide after calcining.

摘要: The present invention relates to the field of alkylation catalysts, and disclosed are a composite ZSM-5 molecular sieve, a preparation method therefor, a catalyst and an application thereof. A single crystal of the composite ZSM-5 molecular sieve comprises a main crystal and a twin crystal; the main crystal and the twin crystal are both ZSM-5 crystals; a crystal plane [010] of the main crystal is covered by a crystal plane [100] of the twin crystal; and the ratio of the number of sinusoidal pore openings to the number of straight pore openings on the outer surface of the single crystal of the composite ZSM-5 molecular sieve is (0.7-10:1), and the molar ratio Y1 of an Si element to an Al element within 10 nm of the surface is (300-2000):1. The single crystal of the composite ZSM-5 molecular sieve of the present invention has a large ratio of the number of sinusoidal pore openings to the number of straight pore openings, and is aluminum-poor on the surface and aluminum-rich on the inside. When applied to the toluene methanol alkylation reaction to prepare p-xylene, the selectivity of p-xylene may be greatly improved.

摘要: A hydrogen sensitive film, a hydrogen sensor and a preparation thereof. The hydrogen sensitive film has a composite structure of an aerogel and a catalyst. The aerogel can adsorb hydrogen and undergo hydrogenation reaction with hydrogen. The catalyst is a nano-noble metal catalyst for catalyzing the hydrogenation reaction, and is distributed in pores of the aerogel. The hydrogen sensitive film is prepared by mixing a catalyst into an aerogel through physical compounding. The hydrogen sensor includes an insulating substrate layer, the hydrogen sensitive film and an electrode layer.

摘要: Provided herein are methods for hydroisomerization of a hydrocarbon feedstock comprising contacting the hydrocarbon feedstock with hydrogen and a catalyst to yield a hydrocarbon product having an increase in branched hydrocarbons relative to the hydrocarbon feedstock. The present catalysts comprise a heteroatom-doped Beta zeolite having a trivalent cation as a framework metal oxide, an extra-framework species comprised of cerium and/or cobalt, and from 0.01 to 1.5 wt. % of a group VIII or VIB metal, or a combination thereof.

摘要: Molecular sieves comprising intergrowths of cha and aft having an “sfw-GME tail”, at least one structure directing agent (SDA) within the framework of the molecular sieve, an intergrowth of CHA and GME framework structures, cha cavities, and aft cavities are described. A first SDA comprising either an N,N-dimethyl-3,5-dimethylpiperidinium cation or a N,N-diethyl-2,6-dimethylpiperidinium cation is required. A second SDA, which can further be present, is a CHA or an SFW generating cation. The amount of the second SDA-2 used can change the proportion of the components in the cha-aft-“sfw-GME tail”. Activated molecular sieves formed from SDA containing molecular sieves are also described. Compositions for preparing these molecular sieves are described. Methods of preparing a SDA containing JMZ-11, an activated JMZ-11, and metal containing activated JMZ-11 are described. Methods of using activated JMZ-11 and metal containing activated JMZ-11 in a variety of processes, such as treating exhaust gases and converting methanol to olefins are described.

摘要: A method of making a hydrodesulfurization catalyst having nickel and molybdenum sulfides deposited on a support material containing mesoporous silica that is optionally modified with zirconium. The method of making the hydrodesulfurization catalyst involves a single-step calcination and reduction procedure. The utilization of the hydrodesulfurization catalyst in treating a hydrocarbon feedstock containing sulfur compounds (e.g. dibenzothiophene, 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene) to produce a desulfurized hydrocarbon stream is also provided.

摘要: Claimed herein is a method of applying amorphous Co—SiOx to activate PMS and produce SO4.− due to the formation of Co(II)-Ov, pairs via the substitution of Si by Co. The inherent Co significantly change the electronic structure of O and Si atoms in the Co—SiOx via final state effects and increase the conductivity in terms of more effective electron transfers. The claimed method using Co—SiOx functions as a more effective oxidative catalyst for the faster degradation of pollutants. The simplicity of the synthetic procedures indicates that the conductive Co—SiOx could be used for the activation of PMS and other electrochemical applications on a wider scale.

摘要: The present invention relates to the field of catalysts, and provides a porous layered transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) mixing silica microspheres, a transition metal salt and an elemental chalcogen, and pressing to obtain a tablet, the silica microspheres having a same or different particle diameters; and (2) sintering the tablet under hydrogen, and removing the silica microspheres to obtain the porous layered TMD. The porous layered TMD prepared by the method of the present invention has a high lattice edge exposure, which provides more active sites and higher catalytic activity, so the porous layered TMD can effectively catalyze the oxidation of alcohols to aldehydes or sulfides to sulfoxides under visible light irradiation.

摘要: A honeycomb-structured catalyst for decomposing an organic substance, which includes a catalyst particle. The catalyst particle contains a perovskite-type composite oxide represented by AxByMzOw, where the A contains at least of Ba and Sr, the B contains Zr, the M is at least one of Mn, Co, Ni, and Fe, y+z=1, 1.001≤x≤1.05, 0.05≤z≤0.2, and w is a positive value that satisfies electrical neutrality. The toluene decomposition rate is greater than 90% when toluene is decomposed using the honeycomb-structured catalyst subjected to a heat treatment at 1200° C. for 48 hours and a gas that contains 50 ppm toluene, 80% nitrogen, and 20% oxygen as a volume concentration as a target at a space velocity of 30,000/h and a catalyst temperature of 400° C.
