摘要: A weight device with handle comprises a body (3) of approximately spheroidal and hollow shape containing a ballast (5) and comprises a handle (7) having an approximately “C” shape and with ends (9) incorporated in the wall (11) of the body (3) or in respective protrusions (13) of said wall (11). The wall (11) of the body (3) comprises an outer layer (15) and an inner layer (17) which are mutually adherent and extending in almost every portion of the body (3). The outer layer (15) is made of soft and/or shockproof material of the closed-cell or open-cell foam type or of the elastomeric type with impact energy absorption. The inner layer (17) is made of rigid or semi-rigid material and of a type that ensures the stability of the shape of the body (3) over time, of cross-linked thermoplastic resin or other stable material with a high elastic modulus.

摘要: A plate assembly for increasing the efficiency and safety of a rotational molding machine. The plate assembly includes a mold plate that is coupled to a mold and mold frame, and an arm plate that is coupled to a distal end of rotating arm portion of the rotational molding machine. The mold plate includes means for being rotated relative to the arm plate that the mold plate may be selectively engaged to the arm plate. The mold plate and by extension the mold are locked into position via a plurality of coupling means disposed on the arm plate. Once secured, the rotational molding process is carried out by the rotational molding machine rotating the mold and plate assembly around at least one axis of rotation as the mold is indexed or rotated through each of the plurality of fabrication steps.

摘要: A method of preparing hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) fibers includes mixing polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and boron oxide (B2O3) to form a polymer precursor or mixing PVP and ammonia borane (BH3NH3) to form the polymer precursor. The method includes forcespinning the polymer precursor to form fibers of the polymer precursor, curing the fibers to form polymer fibers, and pyrolyzing the polymer fibers to form the h-BN fibers.

摘要: A method of and fixture for molding a product with an embedded ring. A system for molding a ring into a product including a rotational molding mold with an opening formed in the rotational molding mold sized to fit a ring. A fixture is removably couplable to the ring, wherein the ring and the fixture when coupled are removably couplable in the opening. The fixture is removed from the ring after the ring is molded into a product. A method of manufacturing a product with an embedded ring includes: coupling a ring to a fixture; clamping the fixture and the ring in an opening in a mold top; clamping the mold top to a mold bottom; rotomolding a product; unclamping the fixture from the mold top; uncoupling the fixture from the ring; unclamping the mold top and the mold bottom; and removing the product from the mold.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for processing a PVC ball, including: Step A: carrying out a first ball shaping of a PVC paste located inside a first mold using a roto-cast machine or a rotational molding machine, to produce a hollow PVC ball; Step B: charging a gas to an interior of the shaped ball, so that the ball has an external diameter equal to a diameter of an inner cavity of a second mold; and Step C: placing the gas-charged ball into the second mold, then carrying out a second texture shaping of the shaped gas-charged ball located inside the second mold using the roto-cast machine or the rotational molding machine, to produce a texture on a surface of the shaped PVC ball. This method can produce a PVC ball having a predetermined texture and a predetermined pattern.

A composition comprising feedstock of renewable origin, as well as its use is also disclosed.

摘要: An internally reinforced thermoplastic container has a body manufactured using rotational molding. Prior to molding, attachment elements are releasably attached to the interior surface of parts of a mold, and an initially separate tension member is connected between the attachment elements. The mold is closed and a body of the container molded such that the attachment elements are integrated into the walls of the body. After molding, the attachment elements are released from the mold. The attachment elements and the tension member define a tension structure to resist outward bulging of the container walls. The tension member may be tensioned prior to or after molding of the container body. The attachment elements may take the form of eyelets having a base incorporated into the wall of the container body. The method enables the formation of a hollow thermoplastic container with integrally formed internal reinforcement.
