Abstract: The specification discloses a film for a cell pouch and a storage method of the film. According to this disclosure, the efficiency of a slip agent may be improved by controlling the storage temperature after manufacturing the film for a cell pouch. The phenomenon of excessive leakage of the slip agent on the surface is minimized while comprising a small amount of the slip agent. Therefore, the film according to the present disclosure may exhibit excellent formability and at the same time prevents excessive leakage of the slip agent, thereby preventing a decrease in process efficiency due to the slip agent.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a multilayer structure may comprise a machine direction oriented (MDO) multilayer film, a first layer, and a sealant layer. The a MDO multilayer film may comprise (i) a metal layer and (ii) an inner layer in adhering contact with the metal layer. The inner layer may comprise ethylene vinyl alcohol; polyvinyl alcohol; or may comprise a blend of polyethylene and an interpolymer of ethylene and methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, or carboxylic acid. The first layer may be extruded onto the metal layer of the machine direction oriented multilayer film. The first layer may comprise an anhydride grafted polyethylene. The sealant layer may be in adhering contact with the first layer. The sealant layer may comprise a polyethylene having a melt index (I2) of 3 to 30 g/10 minutes and a heat seal initiation temperature of 95° C. or less.

Abstract: The present invention provides a heat-not-burn (HNB) cartridge structure, comprising a cartridge packaging housing and HNB tobacco particles contained therein. The cartridge packaging housing is composed of a cartridge cup, a cover film and sealing films. The cartridge cup is provided with a top opening and a bottom end face; the cover film and the bottom end face are provided with gas circulating holes; the top opening is sealed by the cover film; the cover film and the bottom end face are sealed with the sealing films at the outer surface. An absorbent cotton is arranged at the bottom end face in the cartridge cup. A body of the cartridge cup has a taper. The cross section of the cartridge cup can be round, oval, quadrilateral, polygonal or irregular-shaped. The cartridge structure of the present invention is applicable to a wide array of HNB heating smoking sets, delivering a better compatibility between a cartridge and a heating cavity of each smoking set as well as a higher air tightness therebetween, thus remarkably improving the heating and suction effects of the cartridge.

Abstract: A polyolefin bonding adhesive film includes a support base layer and a bonding adhesive layer formed on a side surface of the support base layer by co-extrusion. The support base layer is a polypropylene film. The bonding adhesive layer is formed of a first polyolefin copolymer modified by maleic anhydride. The first polyolefin copolymer is formed by copolymerization of at least two kinds of C2 to C4 olefin molecules, a first graft ratio of the maleic anhydride grafted onto the first polyolefin copolymer is between 0.5% and 5%, and a first melt index of the first polyolefin copolymer is between 3 g/10 min and 5 g/10 min.
