摘要: A metro rail corrugation measurement method based the Seq2Seq model and vibration and noise data fusion comprises the following steps: Constructing a time series data set corresponding to floor longitudinal acceleration and train speed based on historical data of metro trains; Constructing the metro train mileage matching prediction model based on the Seq2Seq model, training the metro train mileage matching prediction model by time series data sets, and inputting the inside floor longitudinal acceleration of the metro train to be detected into the trained metro train mileage matching prediction model to obtain the running speed of the metro train to be detected. According to the vibration and noise data of the metro train to be detected, the vibration and noise composite index of the rail corrugation is calculated to determine the wavelength and amplitude information corresponding to the rail corrugation.

A computing unit is configured for generating a predicted speed on the basis of the vibration data (5). A comparator unit is configured for estimating a wheel diameter based on differences between the predicted speed and an identified, corresponding ground truth speed (17).

摘要: A system and method for automating railroad maintenance for a tie gang using electronic tie marking (ETM) configured to optimize railroad asset maintenance. The system enables the automating of an adaptive maintenance process for the asset that is being maintainanced. The system can identify a railroad asset scheduled for maintenance using various forms of inspection including real-time kinematic (RTK)-corrected GPS data, radar signal processing data, and real-time imaging. The system also provides for the acquisition and upload of asset pictures for verification and analysis of a railroad asset. The system can identify a next location to perform maintenance and can calculate an optimum path based on sensor input incorporating machine-specific and environmental characteristics. The system further can provide a customizable user interface to identify, track, and process information related to maintenance of the railroad asset.

摘要: A railroad wheel impact load detection test panel includes a secondary instrumentation rail proximate a field side of a primary or running rail of a section of railroad track, and elevated a prescribed distance so that the wheels of a rail car traverse the instrumentation rail within the test panel. The instrumentation rail includes an optical strain gauge to sense the wheel impact load. The sensed impact data is correlated with wheel damage signatures to identify wheels to be restored or replaced before failure occurs.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method for radially aligning wheelsets of rail vehicles relative to a coordinate system of a wheelset diagnosis tool and/or wheelset machine tool, which method can be implemented quickly with sufficient precision and comprises the following steps: a) positioning the wheelset at a working position of the tool; b) defining a tool-side coordinate system in an assumed wheel centre point of each wheel, where an X-axis adopts a vertical extent, a Y-axis adopts a horizontal extent and a Z-axis describes the resulting depth extent of the wheel; c) measuring the distance of the wheel backs with respect to one another and defining the Z-position=0 on each wheel back; d) defining a unique Z-position for each measuring point; e) positioning each measuring sensor at the specified Z-position; f) measuring the X-position of each measuring point; g) aligning the wheelset by vertically displacing one of the wheels in order to match the X-positions of the measuring points of two wheels.
