摘要: Cement compositions comprising a modified styrenic block copolymers and methods for making/using the same are disclosed. The modified styrenic block copolymer has at least one monoalkenyl arene polymer block A, at least one conjugated diene polymer block B, and at least an epoxy functional group or derivative thereof. The modified styrenic block copolymer has a degree of epoxidation of up to 10-90%. The cement composition can be used in subterranean applications, as well as in building and construction materials. The modified styrenic block copolymers swell upon contact water or other aqueous fluids to seal cracks in the cement.

摘要: The present invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent with high adaptability to temperature and a method for preparing the same. The polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent is prepared by introducing an unsaturated macromonomer D with a temperature-sensitive side chain which could be bonded to the backbone of the polycarboxylic acid through free radical polymerization. The polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent prepared by the invention has an adsorption group density that can be automatically adjusted with the change of ambient temperature, and thereby shows similar dispersing capability and dispersion retention capability at different ambient temperatures, demonstrating high adaptability to different ambient temperatures. It can be used in a larger temperature range with a constant dosage, which is beneficial to further popularization and application of the polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent in regions of different climates.

The composition has satisfactory nozzle extrudability, self-support after lamination, and water retention. A method of manufacturing a three-dimensional object using the hydraulic composition is also provided.

摘要: Disclosed herein are a fly ash-based foam geopolymer, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof. The fly ash-based foam geopolymer is prepared from raw materials comprising the following components in parts by weight: 900-1000 parts of a fly ash-based material; 600-700 parts of a composite alkali solution; 0-10 parts of a thickening agent; 2-6 parts of a foam stabilizer A; 5-10 parts of a water reducer; and 20-40 parts of a foaming agent. The preparation method of the present application is simple, and processes such as ball milling, water washing and calcining do not need to be carried out on the raw materials, such that the investment in a grinding equipment, a water washing equipment, a sewage treatment equipment, and a calcining equipment is reduced, and the energy consumption and carbon emissions are reduced. The fly ash-based foam geopolymer prepared by using the fly ash-based material as the main raw material in the present application has a low apparent density and a high early strength, and can be used in the field of fabricated buildings.

摘要: A method of placing a flowable construction material including a hydraulic binder for building structural components layer-by-layer, such as for 3D concrete printing, the method including preparing a fresh flowable construction material made of Portland cement, fine limestone filler materials, fine sands, water, and water reducing admixture and possibly a set or hardening accelerating admixture, conveying the flowable construction material to a deposition head, placing the construction material through an outlet of the deposition head in order to form a layer of construction material, before placing the construction material, adding a rheology-modifying agent to the construction material so that the placed material has an increased yield stress when compared to the material during the conveying step.
