摘要: A plurality of strips of tape, attached to a single release liner and separated from the adjacent strip of material by a perforated area, i.e. perforated slits separate each strip of adhesive material and separate the base layers into sections. These perforations allow for the base layer featuring the strips of adhesive material to be folded such that the strips of adhesive material are aligned and for easy separation of the different sections of base layer featuring the strips of adhesive material. This configuration allows a single release liner, featuring a plurality of strips of adhesive material to be divided into separate release liners each featuring less than all the strips of adhesive material attached to same. The release liner can be folded along the perforations and packaged into a wrapper featuring a hanging hole making the finished product convenient to display.

摘要: A glass with attached jewel device has an item of drinkware such as a glass, optically clear adhesive, and a jewel piece. The glass has a base, a wall extending up from the base, and a rim opposite the base. The wall curves upon two axes with different radii. The piece fits upon the curved wall and the adhesive adheres the piece to the wall. The piece has an outer surface and an opposite inner surface. The inner surface has at least three pads and a plurality of dimples that receive the adhesive and provide additional surface area making for a strong bond of the piece to the glass or drinkware. The adhesive fills the gap upon the edges of the piece to the wall. Alternatively, the adhesive covers the inner surface. The adhesive cures by illumination as from ultraviolet light.

摘要: A method for producing a multilayer member having a first member containing a crystallizable thermoplastic resin, an adhesion layer, and a second member includes performing a dry treatment on a surface of the first member containing a crystallizable thermoplastic resin so as to satisfy conditions A and B, applying an adhesive to the surface of the first member to form an adhesive layer on the surface, and adhering the second member to the adhesive layer. (A) The ultimate temperature of the first member is lower than the peak temperature of endothermic peak obtained by DSC of the crystallizable thermoplastic resin. (B) The high temperature holding time of the first member is less than 3.0 seconds, which is when the first member is continuously held at a temperature not lower than a temperature at the starting point of the endothermic peak obtained by DSC of the crystallizable thermoplastic resin.

摘要: An anisotropic conductive film has first and second connection layers formed on a first layer surface. The first connection layer is a photopolymerized resin layer, and the second is thermo- or photo-cationically, anionically, or radically polymerizable resin layer. On the surface of the first connection layer on a second connection layer side, conductive particles for anisotropic conductive connection are in a single layer. The first connection layer has fine projections and recesses in a surface. An anisotropic conductive film of another aspect has first, second, and third connection layers layered in sequence. The first layer formed of photo-radically polymerized resin. The second and third layers are formed of thermo-cationically or thermo-anionically polymerizable resin, photo-cationically or photo-anionically polymerizable resin, thermo-radically polymerizable resin, or photo-radically polymerizable resin. On a surface of the first connection layer on a second connection layer side, conductive particles for anisotropic conductive connection are in a single layer.

摘要: The invention provides a joining film having sufficient connection heat resistance and high reliability, for which a joining process of joining a semiconductor element and a substrate is simple and easy, a tape for wafer processing, a method for producing a joined body, and a joined body. Disclosed is a joining film for joining a semiconductor element and a substrate, the joining film having an electroconductive joining layer formed by molding an electroconductive paste containing metal fine particles (P) into a film form; and a tack layer having tackiness and being laminated with the electroconductive joining layer. The tack layer is thermally decomposed by heating at the time of joining, the metal fine particles (P) of the electroconductive joining layer are sintered, and thereby the semiconductor element and the substrate are joined.
