摘要: A lubricating composition includes at least one base oil, at least one borated dispersant, at least two antioxidants selected from amine antioxidants, phenolic antioxidants substituted with one or more linear or branched alkyl groups having from 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and mixtures thereof, and at least one phosphite polymer having the formula (I) wherein: - each of the R1, R2, R3 and R4 can be independently selected from the C1-C20 alkyl, C3-C22 alkenyl, C6-C40 cycloalkyl, C7-C40 cycloalkenyl, C1-20 methoxy alkyl glycol ethers and Y-OH groups; - Y is selected from C2-C40 alkylene, C2-C40 alkyl lactone, —R7— N(R8)—R9— groups, in which R7, R8 and R9 are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C20 alkyl, C3-C22 alkenyl, C6-C40 cycloalkyl, C7-C40 cycloalkenyl, C1-20 methoxy alkyl glycol ethers; - m is an integer from 2 to 100; - n is an integer from 1 to 1000.

The lubricating oil composition contains a lubricating base oil including mineral base oil, 4 to 15 mass % of an ester compound of a monovalent or polyvalent aliphatic carboxylic acid and a monovalent or polyvalent aliphatic alcohol, 400 to 1200 mass ppm of zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate in terms of a phosphorus element, 500 to 3000 mass ppm of a calcium-based detergent in terms of a calcium element, and 50 to 1000 mass ppm of a boron-modified succinimide-based dispersant in terms of a boron element, on the basis of the total amount of the lubricating oil composition.

摘要: The present invention relates to a hydraulic fluid composition containing a base oil (A), an antioxidant (B) including an amine-based antioxidant (B1) and a phenol-based antioxidant (B2), and a succinimide-based compound (C), wherein the hydraulic fluid composition satisfies the following requirement (I); and is to be used for hydraulic equipment which is equipped with at least one of a wet type brake and a wet type clutch and which is selected from a construction machinery, a general industrial machinery, and a power generator, and in which a working pressure is 30 MPa or more. The hydraulic fluid composition is not only excellent in wear resistance and an effect for suppressing the sludge formation but also excellent in a braking performance or a clutch performance, even when used under a high-pressure condition.
Requirement (I): A static friction coefficient (μs) after 1,000 cycles, as measured in conformity with the SAE No. 2 test described in JCMAS P 047:2004, is 0.100 to 0.162.-

摘要: A booster additive concentrate may advantageously contain: (a) an anti-wear mixture of two or more phosphite/phosphate compounds and one or more ether/thioether compounds; (b) an ashless dispersant; (c) a calcium-containing detergent, such as an overbased calcium phenate; (d) ≥2 friction modifiers, at least one of which comprises a polyalkylene polyamine succinimide derivative; (e) optionally a corrosion inhibitor; and (f) a lubricating oil basestock. Based on these additive components, the booster additive concentrate may exhibit specific contents of B/Ca/P and may contain minimal or substantially no additional antioxidants. Lubricant compositions can be made from the booster additive concentrates and a fresh/used lubricant oil composition “diluent,” which can rejuvenate the diluent. Such lubricant compositions can have advantageous anti-shudder durability (ASD) lifetimes and other frictional properties. In particular, such concentrates/compositions can offer superior lubrication when used in vehicles with continuously variable transmissions (CVTs).

摘要: A lubricating oil composition is provided, which can reduce friction even when the viscosity is lowered. A lubricating oil composition comprising a lubricating base oil, (A) a cleaning agent containing magnesium, and (B) a zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, wherein the amount of component (A) is 200 to 1200 ppm by weight of magnesium per total weight of lubricating oil composition; the amount of component (B) is 300 to 1000 ppm by weight phosphorus based on total weight of lubricating oil composition; wherein component (B) comprises (B-1) a zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate having a primary alkyl group, and the proportion of the weight of component (B-1) to the total weight of component (B) is 30 weight % or more; and the concentration of boron [B] is less than 100 ppm by weight.
