摘要: An insulation mounting system utilizing a thermal break consisting of radiused and/or straight channels, slots and holes for the purpose of mounting specially shaped formed wire to hold-in-place rigid insulation installed onto walls of buildings. A structural clip for further positioning, holding, bending and/or directing the same formed wire shapes. A sub-girt that attaches to the structural clips vertically or horizontally as needed, a wire bending tool for use at intermediate formed wire locations between assembled thermal clips, and an anti-reversal clip with bendable attachment arm for holding other building materials if needed. Multiple alternate embodiments for the thermal break, formed wires and structural clips show that there's an almost a limitless amount of variations that a person skilled in the art could imagine and not exceed the scope of the application.

摘要: A system and method for attaching precast panels and for coupling a plurality of reinforcing bars together. The system and method have a plurality of reinforcing bar coupler assemblies as shown to mechanically splice reinforcing bars of two precast panels or a plurality of reinforcing bars together to provide a permanent means of connecting the panels. Each of the reinforcing bar coupler assemblies have a first component, clamp ring, insert and second component and spring that are assembled and used to couple a plurality of reinforcing bars together. The reinforcing bar coupler assembly is precast into precast panels that are then adapted to be mounted and coupled together using the reinforcing bar coupler assemblies.

摘要: Embodiments of an expansion joint are provided. The expansion joint is configured to cover a gap between a first architectural surface and a second architectural surface. The expansion joint includes a panel having a first surface and a second surface in which the second surface is opposite the first surface. When the panel covers the gap, the panel is magnetically connected to both of the first architectural surface or the second architectural surface. In specific embodiments, at least one of the magnetic structures that magnetically connect the panel to both of the first architectural surface or the second architectural surface is allowed to move in response to movement of the panel. In more specific embodiments, the movement of the magnetic structure is a tilting movement.

摘要: Systems and methods are described herein for a panelized building assembly. In one example, an assembly may include one or more of a first composite planar panel, and second composite planar panel, and a planar joining element. The first and second planar panels may include a core material sandwiched between two fiber-reinforced skin elements. Each of the panels may include a first block of fiber-reinforced material coupled to at least one of the skin elements, which may define two slots for receiving the planar joining element. In some cases, the planar joining element, when placed within the slots of two panels to be joined, may transfer a load between the fiber-reinforced material of the two panels. The resulting joint may form a water-tight and fire-retardant seal.

摘要: A floor panel has a rectangular and oblong shape, and includes a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate and forming a decorative side of the floor panel. The top layer is composed of a print provided on a carrier sheet and a transparent thermoplastic layer situated above the print. The substrate has a thickness from 2 to 10 millimeter and forms at least half of the thickness of the floor panel. The substrate is a polyurethane-based substrate and the transparent thermoplastic layer is polyurethane-based. The floor panel has a length of more than 1.1 meters and has a plurality of reinforcing layers situated outside the center line of the substrate. A reinforcing layer may be provided in combination with the substrate and the top layer.
