摘要: Devices and methods for operating a diaphragm compressor. Embodiments of the present disclosure comprise an oil piston being driven to pressurize work oil against the diaphragm of the compressor. In embodiments, an injection pump provides a supplemental flow of work oil in the region of pressurized fluid, and such pump may be part of an actively controlled system. In embodiments, a pressure relief valve vents an overpump flow of work oil, and such valve may be variable. Embodiments provide feedback and control mechanisms, including control of the injection pump and the relief valve.

摘要: A compressor includes a casing having a cylindrical barrel, a compression mechanism, and an electric motor. The electric motor has a tubular stator, and a rotor disposed inside the stator. The stator has a back yoke forming an outer peripheral portion of the stator, a plurality of teeth extending radially inward, and slots. A fluid passage extends between an outer peripheral surface of the stator and an inner peripheral surface of the barrel. The fluid passage has a plurality of wide portions arranged in a circumferential direction of the stator, and a narrow portion provided between adjacent ones of the wide portions. The narrow portion has a smaller radial width than each of the wide portions. Each wide portion is provided in the outer peripheral surface of the stator and between a core cut having a recessed groove shape between the slots and the inner peripheral surface of the barrel.

摘要: A compressor includes: a shell forming an outer portion thereof and having lower part in which an oil pan is formed to store oil; a motor provided in the shell; a compression unit provided in the shell to compress a working gas when being driven by the motor; a frame fixed to the shell and supporting the compression unit; a shaft supported by the frame, connecting the motor and the compression unit, provided to transmit a turning force of the motor to the compression unit, and including an oil passage; and an oil pump provided at lower part of the shaft to draw oil from the pan and supply the oil into the oil passage. The pump includes a bypass valve that is opened, when a pressure of oil flowing in the oil passage is higher than a threshold pressure, to return part of the oil to the pan.

摘要: A first lube oil is stored by a lube oil reservoir. The first lube oil is flowed from the lube oil reservoir through a tubing network connected to a crankcase of a reciprocating compressor. A second lube oil is stored by a cylinder lubricator oil reservoir. The second lube oil is flowed from the cylinder lubricator oil reservoir to a cylinder lubricator that is connected to cylinders of the reciprocating compressor. A liquid level in the cylinder lubricator oil reservoir is measured. Based on the measured liquid level, at least a portion of the first lube oil from the tubing network is flowed to the cylinder lubricator oil reservoir through an intermediate flowline connecting the tubing network to the cylinder lubricator oil reservoir.

摘要: A 3D-printed oil separation assembly for use in a reciprocating compressor is provided. The compressor includes a suction chamber, a crankcase chamber, and at least one partition member at least partially separating the suction chamber and the crankcase chamber. The at least one partition member further includes at least one opening. The 3D-printed oil separation assembly comprises a coalescing structure positioned within the crankcase chamber adjacent the at least one partition member at the at least one opening; and at least one securing structure secured in operable relation with the at least one demisting structure so as to secure the coalescing structure relative to the opening. The coalescing structure comprises at least one structure selected from the group consisting of a baffled structure, a demisting structure, and combinations thereof. At least a portion of the coalescing structure is 3D-printed.

摘要: A pump includes a cam plate, and an input shaft for rotationally driving the cam plate. A pump housing at least partially surrounds the cam plate and defines a cam plate oil reservoir around at least a portion of the cam plate. A bearing support is at least partially disposed within the cam plate oil reservoir. The bearing support defines a bearing oil reservoir at least partially surrounding a portion of the input shaft. At least one passage extends between the bearing oil reservoir and the cam plate oil reservoir. Dynamic motion imparted on oil within the cam plate oil reservoir facilitates migration of oil from the cam plate oil reservoir through a bearing at least partially supported by the bearing support into the bearing oil reservoir and through the at least one passage into the cam plate oil reservoir.
