摘要: A scroll compressor is provided. The scroll compressor has a housing, a partition plate, a rack, a movable scroll plate, a stationary scroll plate and a pressure relief low-speed rotation structure. The partition plate is in the interior of the housing and divides the interior of the housing into a suction space and a discharge space, and has a first through to communicate the suction space with the discharge space. The rack is in the suction space and spaced apart from the partition plate. The movable scroll plate is movably provided on the rack. The stationary scroll plate is provided on the rack and cooperates with the movable scroll plate, and has a second through hole communicating with the discharge space. The pressure relief low-speed rotation structure is provided on the stationary scroll plate and configured to communicate the second through hole with the discharge space.

摘要: Systems and methods are used to control operation of a rotary compressor of a refrigeration system to improve efficiency by varying the volume ratio and the speed of the compressor in response to current operating and load conditions. The volume of the axial and/or radial discharge ports of the compressor can be varied to provide a volume ratio corresponding to operating conditions. In addition, permanent magnet motors and/or control of rotor tip speed can be employed for further efficiency gains.

摘要: A pumping method in a pumping system comprises: a main vacuum pump with a gas inlet port connected to a vacuum chamber and a gas outlet port leading into a conduit before coming out into the gas outlet of the pumping system, a non-return valve positioned in the conduit between the gas outlet port and the gas outlet, and an auxiliary vacuum pump connected in parallel to the non-return valve. The main vacuum pump is activated in order to pump the gases contained in the vacuum chamber through the gas outlet port, simultaneously the auxiliary vacuum pump is activated and continues to operate all the while that the main vacuum pump pumps the gases contained in the vacuum chamber and/or all the while that the main vacuum pump maintains a defined pressure in the vacuum chamber. Also included is a pumping system.

The gas outlet (5a) of element (2) is connected to inlet (4b) of element (3) via a conduit (6). The conduit (6) has a regulatable intercooler (9) configured to regulate the temperature at the gas inlet (4b) of the high-pressure stage compressor element (3) so that it is above the dew point. The intercooler (9) includes a regulatable air cooler and/or a regulatable water cooler, and is configured to adjust the temperature of the air or water by using a bypass conduit (16) and/or by screening off part of the intercooler (9).

摘要: A variable capacity compressor is provided, including: two cylinders and a middle plate; at least one flow channel provided in the middle plate, wherein one end of the flow channel is connected to an exhaust chamber of any one of the two cylinders, the other end is connected to a suction chamber of the other one of the two cylinders. In present disclosure, by setting a flow channel in the middle plate of the variable capacity compressor, the exhaust chamber of one cylinder is connected to the suction chamber of the other cylinder. When the flow channel is completely closed, the two cylinders operate independently; when the flow channel is opened, the refrigerant in the exhaust chamber flows into the suction chamber through the flow channel, that is, the upper cylinders and the lower cylinder are connected to each other, which can adjust the capacity of the compressor.

摘要: A scroll compressor according to the present invention includes a casing, an orbiting member provided within the casing and performing an orbiting motion, a non-orbiting member forming a compression chamber together with the orbiting member, the compression chamber having a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber and a discharge chamber, a communication passage configured to bypass a refrigerant of the compression chamber into the casing, an opening/closing valve assembly configured to open and close the communication passage, and a switching valve assembly configured to operate the opening/closing valve assembly, the switching valve assembly being provided outside the casing and connected to the opening/closing valve assembly, whereby an installation of the bypass hole can result in prevention of over-compression and an installation of a control valve for varying a capacity outside the casing can result in reduction of costs for the control valve.
