摘要: A brake arrangement for a gearbox is provided, where the gearbox comprises an input shaft, a counter shaft, a main shaft and a plurality of gear wheels pairs which each comprises a primary gear wheel arranged on the counter shaft and a secondary gear wheel arranged on the main shaft. The brake arrangement further comprises at least two brake units each configured to act with a braking torque on the counter shaft or a component connected to the counter shaft, and a control unit configured to control the activation of the brake units. The control unit is configured to activate the at least two brake units one at a time or both simultaneously during an upshift process in the gear box when a secondary gear wheel of a gear wheel pair to be engaged in the gear box is retarded to a synchronous speed with the main shaft.

摘要: A method for controlling a multi-clutch transmission of a vehicle includes activating the central synchronizer to the first active state, such that the speed of a first member of a tooth clutch, attempting to engage the tooth clutch to be engaged, and if the tooth clutch to be engaged is determined not to be fully engaged a predetermined period of time after an initiation of an engagement, the following steps are performed: activating the central synchronizer to the second active state such that the speeds of the two members of the tooth clutch to be engaged are slightly unsynchronized, and engaging the tooth clutch to be engaged.

摘要: A hydraulic synchronizer selectively couples one or more gears to a drive shaft. The synchronizer has a shaft hub with a splined annulus and a fluid passage. A ring is disposed about the shaft hub and movable along a rotation axis of the shaft hub. A shift collar is fixedly coupled to the ring and has a splined annulus engaged with the splined annulus of the shaft hub. The shift collar is configured to engage splines of a gear when the ring is in an engaged axial position and to disengage the splines of the gear when the ring is in a neutral position. The shift collar transmits rotational input from the shaft hub to the gear when the ring is in the engaged axial position. Hydraulic chambers receive hydraulic fluid from the fluid passage and move the ring to the engaged and neutral positions.

摘要: A drive-train for a vehicle with at least one electric drive, which can be coupled via a driveshaft (2) to at least a first transmission ratio stage (i1) and a second transmission ratio stage (i2). At least one shifting mechanism is provided for engaging the transmission ratio stages (i1, i2). To carry out powershifts, the shifting mechanism includes at least one interlocking shifting element (5) and at least one frictional shifting element (6, 6A). Each of the transmission ratio stages (i1, i2) can be engaged by the interlocking shifting element (5) and at least one of the transmission ratio stages (i2) can be engaged both by the interlocking shifting element (5) and by the frictional shifting element (6). Methods for carrying out a powershift, between a frictional shifting element (6, 6A) and an interlocking shifting element (5) in the drive-train, are also disclosed.

In order to permit a high degree of variability in terms of a wheel set concept as well as the distribution and the number of electrical and internal-combustion-engine gearspeeds, to keep the expenditure on design and the costs low and to ensure efficient and comfortable operation, there is provision that the two transmission input shafts (W1, W3; W1, W3′) are arranged coaxially with respect to one another, and in that in one of its shifted positions a gear shift device (S1) connects the two transmission input shafts (W1, W3; W1, W3′) to one another effectively in terms of drive, and in another shifted position shifts a gearspeed.

The guide member is structured by a plurality of surfaces including a first surface on which at least part of hydraulic fluid pumped up by a final gear is received and a second surface connected to one end of the first surface extending along a side of the final gear, and fastened to the casing by a fastener. The guide member receives hydraulic fluid pumped up by the final gear, restraining the fluid from reaching a breather mechanism and neighborhoods thereof.
