摘要: A method for hysteresis compensation in an actuator and a selector fork that is adjustable by this actuator and guides a sliding sleeve, by means of a state machine, wherein the selector fork is moved by means of the actuator from a first shift position (xDecoup), namely a neutral position, into at least one second shift position (xCoup), namely a gear position, and vice versa, wherein the position of the actuator (phiAtr, phiCoup, phiDecoup), in the event of a shift request into the neutral position (xDecoup) or into the gear position (xCoup), is corrected on the basis of stored mechanical backlash (phiBL) between the actuator and the selector fork and of a sign (+1, 0, −1) generated by the state machine and associated with the particular shift request.

摘要: An automatic transmission includes a main transmission and an auxiliary transmission. The auxiliary transmission includes an auxiliary-transmission-side planetary gear mechanism, a first clutch, and a second clutch. The auxiliary-transmission-side planetary gear mechanism is provided between a pair of main-transmission-side planetary gear mechanisms, and a part of the auxiliary-transmission-side planetary gear mechanism is located within the main transmission. The first clutch fixes rotation of a sun gear of the auxiliary-transmission-side planetary gear mechanism. The second clutch connects a ring gear of the auxiliary-transmission-side planetary gear mechanism with the sun gear.

摘要: A system for controlling fluid pressure to a transmission system through a MEMS microvalve includes a transmission controller configured to receive a target command pressure, a current system command pressure input signal, and a transmission system operating temperature. A power determination module determines a temperature-related power factor from the target command pressure, the current system command pressure input signal, the transmission system operating temperature received in the controller, and a look-up table within the controller. A power signal module adjusts the current system command pressure input signal by the temperature-related power factor and applies the adjusted current system command pressure input signal to the MEMS microvalve via the controller.

The ECU controls the speed of the automatic transmission based on a quantity of state of a vehicle, and the plurality of stored shift lines, and execute, when an N speed is established, a first downshift that changes a speed from the N speed to an N−2 speed, when the quantity of state of the vehicle is in a region above the hysteresis line, after the quantity of state of the vehicle has risen above the N−1 speed downshift line.

The shift controller has, as the shift line, an electricity consumption prioritized shift line with priority placed to improve electricity consumption rate, and a driving force prioritized shift line with priority placed to suppress the frequency of shifting. The driving force prioritized shift line is used for a predetermined time after completion of the shift control using the electricity consumption prioritized shift line.

摘要: A method of generating shift schedules for a vehicle having a transmission with a plurality of gears includes providing a plurality of a transmission operational modes categorized by ratios of available traction power after a transmission gear shift compared to available traction power before the transmission gear shift. Based on the list of available traction power the available traction power is determined for each of the plurality of gears over a range of engine speeds. This includes adjusting for parasitic losses and dynamic de-rate conditions at each engine speed datum point. Shift schedules are generated for shifts between gears of the transmission for at least a first transmission operational mode in terms of ratios of available traction power before and after gear shifts.

摘要: A target shift stage comes to a high speed stage at t2, during reduction toward zero of a motor torque by an accelerator pedal releasing operation from t1, and an up-shift shift request along with the torque reduction is generated. The shift request is executed for the first time at t3, and the automatic transmission is shifted up to a high speed stage from a current low speed stage selecting state. Therefore, even in the case that a request for increasing a motor regenerative torque is issued by a braking operation just after (t2 to t3) an up-shift shift request moment t2 in response to the torque reduction, the gear shift in response thereto is not generated, and it is possible to avoid generation of repeated gear shift of low speed stage→high speed stage→low speed stage for a short time.
