摘要: A low nitrogen coupling combustion system for the disposal of waste stink gas and solid waste, including a waste pit, at least one stink gas incineration equipment and a waste incinerator, wherein the waste pit is equipped with stink gas outlets and the stink gas incineration equipment is provided with an incineration chamber for burning stink gas, as well as a stink gas inlet, a fuel inlet and a burned stink gas outlet which are connected with the incineration chamber; the stink gas inlet is connected with the stink gas outlet of the waste pit through a stink gas delivery pipe, and the fuel inlet is connected with a fuel source through a fuel delivery pipe; the burned stink gas outlet is connected with a combustion-supporting air inlet of the waste incinerator through a flue gas discharge pipe.

摘要: A compact waste combustion system deployed within a portable toilet has a burn chamber that includes a processor, a burner, a trapdoor mechanism configured to seal an entrance to the burn chamber when the compact waste combustion system is operated in a first mode and a waste receptacle configured to feed waste material to the burn chamber through the trapdoor mechanism in a second mode of operation. The processor may be configured to detect presence of a waste in the waste receptacle, configure the system to operate in the second mode and to pass waste into the burn chamber, configure the compact waste combustion system to operate in the first mode after the waste has passed into the burn chamber, and activate the burner when the compact waste combustion system is operated in the first mode and the waste is located in the burn chamber.

摘要: A portable ignition system ignites flammable materials at a burn pit. The system includes a portable ignition system control panel with a pilot on/off indicator, a system control module, and an operator input device. The system has a fuel gas source plumbed to a pilot gas tube. The system also has an inert gas source plumbed to the pilot gas tube. The system is electrically powered by a power supply, solar panels, and/or batteries. The system has a high energy ignition system connected to the igniter and located near the pilot gas tube outlet to ignite the fuel gas. The system also has a monitored subsystem that detects parameters of operation of the portable ignition system.

摘要: A charging system for charging a reactor with air used energy produced by the reactor and includes a vessel having a hollow interior cavity partially filled with a liquid slug, a first air pocket within the cavity on a first side of the liquid slug, and a second air pocket within the cavity on a second side of the liquid slug. The liquid slug forms a water trap seal in the cavity between the two pockets and moves within the vessel in a cycle in which gas is loaded into the first air pocket in a first stroke and gas in the first air pocket is compressed in a second stroke. Movement of the liquid slug during the second stroke is caused by an increasing pressure in the second air pocket due to introduction of high-pressure gas from the reactor into the second air pocket.

摘要: This invention provides a system or method that includes combustion of mixed content solid waste to produce flue gases and separation of carbon dioxide gas in the produced combustion flue gas from other gaseous constituents of the flue gas in an amount produced from the burning of plastic material contained in the mixed content solid waste. The separated carbon dioxide is sequestered in geologic formations, thereby providing environmentally sound disposal and elimination of plastic waste, in one consolidated process, free of the need for separation of plastic waste from other solid or the need to identify and separate the various forms and compositions of plastic waste material. The illustrative disposal of plastic waste hereby is generally free of emission into the atmosphere of carbon dioxide gas. The invention includes a fee-generation process applied to customers, which can quantified and generated in association with the application of the system or method.

摘要: Systems and methods for efficiently performing rotary batch decoating can use time-offset batch reactors. A first batch reactor can operate out of phase with a second batch reactor, so that the burning of pyrolysis gases from the first reactor can be used to provide fuel to the incinerator used to heat the material in the second reactor. After the first reactor is dumped and filled with new material, the pyrolysis gases from the second reactor can be used to provide fuel to the incinerator, which heats the material in the first reactor.
