摘要: A round meander septic tank includes an elongate baffle that divides the interior space of the tank into two semicircular chambers. Untreated wastewater is introduced to the first chamber through an inlet located near the first end of the baffle. The wastewater flows through the first chamber to a portal at the second end of the baffle and passes through the portal into the second chamber. A wastewater outlet from the tank is located in the second chamber near the first end of the baffle. Wastewater passing through the portal flows through the second chamber to the outlet and out of the tank. The baffle and the shape of the septic tank increase the distance that the wastewater must flow from the inlet to the outlet as compared to a rectangular meander tank with a single baffle.

摘要: Provided is a septic tank for generating methane gas, including: a water-saving type toilet installed in a restroom of a building and discharging excreta of users, wherein high-density excreta is discharged from the water-saving type toilet by using a reduced amount of water to discharge the excreta; an excreta storage tank buried underground and connected to the water-saving type toilet to store the excreta discharged from the water-saving type toilet; a heating unit for heating the excreta storage tank so as to increase a fermentation speed of the excreta in the excreta storage tank; a methane gas supply unit for collecting and discharging methane gas generated as the excreta in the excreta storage tank is fermented; and a gas storage tank connected to the methane gas supply unit to store the methane gas discharged from the methane gas supply unit.

摘要: The mobile water treatment cartridge is connectable into a water treatment circuit and includes fluid connectors and power and data connection ports. The cartridge includes an outer shell having an upper opening that can be hermetically sealed by a lid, and an inner shell having an opening at the top and delimiting an internal volume of the cartridge, in which all the technical equipment for operation of the cartridge is placed. The inner shell is secured to at least one structure that can be inserted into the interior volume through the opening. There is a device for handling the cartridge secured to the outer shell and a device for rendering the cartridge mobile.

摘要: Installation and method for processing wastewater, comprising: a) providing wastewater for processing; b) reducing O2 content of said wastewater by unactivated aerobic digestion; c) subsequently to ‘b’, eliminating substantially all O2 from said wastewater by anaerobic digestion; d) subsequently to ‘c’, transferring said wastewater to a closed photobioreactor; and e) subsequently to ‘d’, maintaining said wastewater in said photobioreactor in conditions favorable for algal photosynthesis, thereby allowing algae to grow in said photobioreactor. A method for growing algae is also disclosed whereby time, density and flow speed are controlled. The photobioreactor may have a conduit with two proportions of different cross sections.

摘要: The invention relates to a system and a method for treating waste water using a passive phosphorus-capture filter lined with wood activated by the impregnation of a metal in the form of hydroxide, more specifically aluminum hydroxide or iron hydroxide. This system demonstrates phosphorus removal performances which are very closely linked to the release of iron and which support the observation that iron releases follow a cyclical trend. The method according to the invention also clearly demonstrates the cyclical nature of the reduction of phosphorus, directly linked to the same cycle of iron release at the outlet. When the medium is aerobic, it can precipitate the released iron in the form of hydroxide and thereby limit the release of iron into the outflow water and consequently its residual phosphorus. This model thus allows the service life of the system to be extended, while simultaneously taking advantage of the precipitation/solubilization cycle of the iron observed in the medium under reducing conditions.
