    摘要: A heat exchange device and a freeze dryer. The freeze dryer comprises a bearing device, and an evaporation device and a condensation device which are provided on the bearing device, at least one of the evaporation device and the condensation device comprising a structure of the heat exchange device. The heat exchange device is integrally molded by extrusion, and the heat exchange device is provided with at least one medium flow passage, a plurality of fins are formed on the outer periphery of the medium flow passage, and the fins being provided at intervals to form gaps allowing airflows to pass therethrough. The heat exchange device and the freeze dryer of the present disclosure can be designed to be smaller, reducing the volume, and facilitating miniaturization of products.

    摘要: In the field of building and of cooling systems there is disclosed a wall-mounted radiant cooling device for rooms, including: at least two cooling tubes positioned on two different levels adapted for cooled water to flow through; a fixing unit of the cooling tubes to the outside of the walls of the rooms. Each cooling tube includes two shaped longitudinal fins, and the radiant cooling device further includes a channel, arranged parallel to and underneath the cooling tubes, adapted to collect the condensate that is generated through contact with the hot air present in the rooms provided with the cooling tubes. The longitudinal fins of the cooling tubes are adapted to cooperate with one another to convey the condensate into the channel.

    摘要: A method for making a heat exchanger assembly (10) includes the steps of simultaneously extruding hollow tubes (12) and bridges (14) integrally connecting adjacent tubes (12) through a die; and cutting holes (16) into the bridges (14) to allow airflow through the holes (16). The holes (16) are cut into the bridges (14) by cutting tongues (18, 118) into the bridges (14) and bending the tongues (18, 118) transversely to the tubes (12). Fin modules (20) are then inserted into each hole between the hollow tubes (12) to provide alternative heat exchange characteristics to those of the tongues (20) acting as the fins.
