摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for fabricating a touch substrate, a touch substrate and a touch device. The method includes: forming, through a splicing exposure process, a first electrode layer including a metal strip in an edge region thereof and a first metal mesh pattern connected with the metal strip; forming, on one side of the first electrode layer and through a splicing exposure process, a second electrode layer including a metal strip in an edge region thereof and a second metal mesh pattern connected with the metal strip and insulated from the first metal mesh pattern, the metal strip of the first electrode layer directly contacting the metal strip of the second electrode layer to form a metal stack; and forming a wire electrically connected with one of the first and metal mesh patterns of the first and second electrode layers by using the metal stack.

摘要: A method of stripping films which are stuck together without damage is disclosed. The whole reel of films which are stuck together is placed in a sealing device with outlet valves. Liquid nitrogen is added at a bottom of the sealing device. The films are stripped off by a flow of gas through gaps between the layers of the films while the vaporization of liquid nitrogen. The present invention adopts a natural force of liquid nitrogen vaporization to strip the films, which does not compromise the PH value, the dimensional performance and the mechanical performance of the films. The films are in stripped off without damage. The conventional method of stripping the films causes the fragile film to break off or the image layer with a decreased combing power to detach. The present invention has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and good promotion value.

摘要: A semi automatic film de-splicer that non-destructively separates film strips from splice tapes attached to the film strips with thermal adhesive. A reciprocating heat shoe is operated in two de-splicing cycles to press and heat the splice tape adhesive separately in each adhesive region of the tape. In the first cycle, in which one film strip is restricted from movement, the other film strip is placed in tension by a tensioning device mounted on the film strip holding roller. When the adhesive is softened and the heat shoe is released, the tensioned pulls the film strip free of the splice tape. The heat shoe then presses and reheats the free end of the splice tape against an underlying pickup web to tack the splice tape to the web. The web is then advanced to place the remaining adhesive region attaching the splice tape to the other film strip under the heat shoe and the other film holding roller is placed in tension. The heat shoe is then actuated in a second de-splicing cycle to press and heat the second adhesive region allowing the tensioned roller to pull the remaining film strip free of the splice tape when the heat is released. The web is then advanced to remove the tacked-on splice from the area of the heat shoe allowing a new film splice to be inserted into the de-splicer.

摘要: There is a splicer bed 1 having a leader support 3 arranged on the top thereof. One opening 6 is provided in one end of the leader support 3. A knife mounting base 7 is arranged to project from the opening 6 and provided at one end with a cartridge holder 8. The knife mounting base 7 also has a leader positioning head 10 provided on the other end thereof for determining the position of a leader L. A stationary knife 11 is mounted to the leader positioning head 10. A movable knife 12 is mounted for pivotal movement to the stationary knife 11. A film holddown plate 17 is pivotably mounted to the knife mounting base 7. The knife mounting base 7 is also provided with a pair of punches 28 which are arranged slidable and can be lowered by the film holddown plate 17. In action, before the leading portion of a film F drawn out from a film cartridge P loaded in the cartridge holder 8 is held under the film holddown plate 17, the downward movement of the film holddown plate 17 causes the punches 28 to cut two notches in both side edges of the film F. The leading portion of the film F is trimmed by the downward action of the movable knife 12 and then joined by a strip of splicing tape to the leader L placed on the leader support 3.

摘要: An image recording system includes an image recording device and a developing device. When a latent image is formed by exposure in a frame on a silver halide photosensitive material, the image recording device records optically recognizable information relating to exposure at a position corresponding to the frame by light of an exposure amount which is sufficient to generate a silver image without developing. The developing device has a reading device for reading the information relating to exposure without photosensitizing the silver halide photosensitive material, and a developing device for developing the latent image in the frame corresponding to read information relating to exposure.

摘要: A tapeless splicing system which allows the joining and separation of filmstrips without the use of tape. The system comprises forming an aperture (16, 26) in a leading end (12, 22) of a filmstrip (14, 20) and a tongue portion (28, 29, 30, 32, 34, 36) in a trailing end (24) thereof. The tongue portion (28, 29, 30, 32, 34, 36) of one filmstrip (20) is inserted through the aperture (16) of another filmstrip (12) by distortion as it is pushed through the aperture (16), the tongue portion (28, 29, 30, 32, 34, 36) and the aperture (16) being sized and shaped to provide effective interlocking between the two filmstrips (14, 20).

摘要: A splicing table which can distinguish the kind of a film to be processed, cut the film, and connect a leader to the film. The splicing table has a recess for receiving a patrone, a film presser, and a splicing portion for connecting a leader to the cut end of the film.
