摘要: The present disclosure relates generally to a risk-based fraud identification and risk analysis system. For example, the system may receive application data from a first borrower user, determine a segment associated with the application data, apply application data to one or more machine learning (ML) models, and receive a score based at least in part upon output of the ML model.

摘要: A graph-based data storage and retrieval system in which multiple subgraphs representing respective datasets in different namespaces are interconnected via a linking or “canonical” layer. Datasets represented by subgraphs in different namespaces may pertain to a particular information domain (e.g., the health care domain), and may include heterogeneous datasets. The canonical layer provides for a substantial reduction of graph complexity required to interconnect corresponding nodes in different subgraphs, which in turn offers advantages as the number of subgraphs (and the number of corresponding nodes in different subgraphs) increases for the particular domain(s) of interest. Examples of such advantages include reductions in data storage and retrieval times, and enhanced query/search efficacy, discovery of relationships in different parts of the system, ability to infer relationships in different parts of the system, and ability to train data models for natural language processing (NLP) and other purposes based on information extracted from the system.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for an adaptive pipelining composition service that can identify and incorporate one or more new models into the machine learning application. The machine learning application with the new model can be tested off-line with the results being compared with ground truth data. If the machine learning application with the new model outperforms the previously used model, the machine learning application can be upgraded and auto-promoted to production. One or more parameters may also be discovered. The new parameters may be incorporated into the existing model in an off-line mode. The machine learning application with the new parameters can be tested off-line and the results can be compared with previous results with existing parameters. If the new parameters outperform the existing parameters as compared with ground-truth data, the machine learning application can be auto-promoted to production.

摘要: A method, a computer program, and an apparatus for invoking a tele-operated driving session for a transportation vehicle equipped with an automated driving function, and a transportation vehicle equipped with an automated driving function, which uses the method or apparatus. A quality of service for a communication between the transportation vehicle and a control center is predicted for a tele-operated driving session, communication requirements for the tele-operated driving session are predicted, at least one parameter of the transportation vehicle is then adapted so that the communication requirements match the predicted quality of service, and a tele-operated driving session is initiated.

摘要: A resource data modeling, forecasting, and simulation system analyzes data pertaining to the data processing tasks and the resources assigned to the data processing tasks to generate short-term forecasts and long-term forecasts of task volumes. The forecasted task volumes are further optimized based on different factors to determine the resources required to handle the forecasted task volume. Various simulations of hypothetical what-if scenarios are also generated based on the forecasts and the resource requirements. The resource data modeling, forecasting and simulation system is based on multi-algorithmic ensemble models for forecasting, automated model selection and the unique simulation methodology based on multiple parameters.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses are described for automated intelligent detection and mitigation of cyber security threats. A server receives application log data from application servers and analyzes the log data to identify indicia of potential cyber security threats. The server executes a trained threat modeler against the log data and the indicia of potential cyber security threats to identify indicia of actual cyber security threats. The server determines whether a remediation action exists for the identified actual cyber security threats. If a remediation action exists: the server executes the remediation action at the application servers to resolve the actual cyber security threat. If a remediation action does not exist: the server generates remediation parameters based upon the indicia of the actual cyber security threat, generates source code for a software package based upon the remediation parameters, and executes the software package at the application servers to resolve the cyber security threat.

摘要: A computer implemented method for the automated analysis or use of data is implemented by a voice assistant. The method comprises the steps of: (a) storing in a memory a structured, machine-readable representation of data that conforms to a machine-readable language (‘machine representation’); the machine representation including representations of user speech or text input to a human/machine interface; and (b) automatically processing the machine representations to analyse the user speech or text input.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for executing a function in a software application through a conversational user interface based on a knowledge graph associated with the function. An example method generally includes receiving a request to execute a function in a software application through a conversational user interface. A graph definition of the function is retrieved from a knowledge engine. Input is iteratively requested through the conversational user interface for each parameter of the parameters identified in the graph definition of the function based on a traversal of the graph definition of the function. Based on a completeness graph associated with the function, it is determined that the requested inputs corresponding to the parameters identified in the graph definition of the function have been provided through the conversational user interface. The function is executed using the requested inputs as parameters for executing the function.

摘要: A computational knowledge graph comprises a plurality of entity nodes and one or more functional connections. Each of the plurality of entity nodes has an entity type, entity characteristics and storage, and processing and communication capability. Each of the one or more functional connections associates one of the plurality of entity nodes to another of the plurality of entity nodes. Each functional connection has a connectivity level parameter that is determined by at least one of: calculating connectivity by a sequence of message passing operations between the entities associated by the connection and ii) learning the connectivity level through inference. A method implements the computational knowledge graph.
