摘要: A smart ring is configured harvest mechanical energy using piezoelectricity. The smart ring includes a ring-shaped housing, a power source disposed within the ring-shaped housing, and a charging circuit. The charging circuit includes a piezoelectric harvesting element, and is configured to charge the power source when user motion causes a mechanical deformation in the piezoelectric harvesting element. The smart ring further includes a component, disposed within the ring-shaped housing and configured to draw energy from the power source, and further configured to perform at least one of: i) sense a physical phenomenon external to the ring-shaped housing, ii) send communication signals to a communication device external to the ring-shaped housing, or iii) implement a user interface.

摘要: A recirculating linear generator comprises a motor, a pulley system, two series of coil structures each arranged coaxially, a positive lead, and a negative lead. The pulley system includes a driver pulley driven by the motor and a take-up pulley. A belt couples to the driver pulley and the take-up pulley, so when driven, the belt travels along the driver pulley and the take-up pulley rotates. A series of ferromagnetic couple to the belt. The belt and masses traverse through a center (i.e., an axis) of the first series and second series of coil structures, and the first series and second series of coil structures each comprise a single electrical path. The positive lead couples to positive ends of the first and second series of coil structures, and the negative lead couples to negative ends of the first and second series of coil structures.

In some embodiments, this is achieved through the use of a tensioner module that is configured to couple and decouple the electric motor and the internal combustion engine by continuously and selectably modulating belt tension on drive elements of each of the electric motor and the internal combustion engine.

摘要: The present invention discloses a power supply semi-trailer for electric drive fracturing equipment, including a combination of a gas turbine engine, a generator and a rectifying unit, the generator outputs a winding configuration and a voltage required for the rectifying units directly to obviate conventional rectifier transformer equipment. The rectifying unit is connected to the inversion unit through a common DC bus, so that the common DC bus can separately drive multiple inversion units, thus decreasing the wirings of power supply lines. A high voltage inversion unit is disposed on a gooseneck of the electric drive semi-trailer to optimize the spatial arrangement of equipment. The entire power supply equipment has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and is simple in wiring.

The at least one electric machine includes a plurality of tooth-wound multi-phase windings that are substantially magnetically decoupled, and the at least one electric machine is mechanically balanced even if one of the plurality of windings is de-energized. The one or more power rectifiers are configured to produce rectified power from the power generated by the at least one electric machine. The plurality of DC channels are formed after the at least one power rectifier and are configured to provide DC power to one or more loads within a vehicle.

摘要: Exhaust gases from an engine, input to turbo-compounder, drive a bladed turbine rotor therein, which drives a multi-phase AC generator, the output of which is used to electrically drive a multi-phase induction motor, the rotor of which is mechanically coupled to the engine, so as to provide for recovering power to the engine. The multi-phase AC generator may be coupled to the engine either by closure of a contactor, engagement of an electrically-controlled clutch, or by control of either a solid-state switching or control system or an AC excitation signal, when the frequency (fGENERATOR) of the multi-phase AC generator meets or exceeds that (fMOTOR) of the multi-phase induction motor.
