摘要: Realizing a constant-current control even in a stable state of a lamp without increasing a rated output of a power supply. In a stable state of the lamp in which a change value of a lamp voltage after a discharge lamp is turned on becomes less than a certain value, when the lamp voltage rises, a discharge lamp lighting control apparatus changes a current command value to perform a constant-current control. This change is a change from a first current command value at the time when the discharge lamp is turned on to a second current command value that is smaller than the former by a predetermined value. Using this second current command value, the constant-current control is performed. Even after that, the second current command value is changed to a smaller value every time the lamp voltage rises, and the constant-current control is performed using the second current command value.

摘要: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus related to deposition techniques using laser ablation. In one aspect, an optical fiber and target of a material to be deposited on a first region of an interior surface of a hollow component are positioned in the hollow component. A first end of the optical fiber is coupled to a laser system. A second end of the optical fiber is proximate the target. The material is deposited on the first region of the interior surface of the hollow component by directing a first laser pulse from the laser system through the optical fiber to impinge on the target.

摘要: A scrubber includes: a first body for burning toxic gas introduced into a combustion chamber, using a flame generated by a cathode electrode and an anode electrode, and auxiliary gases including hydrogen and oxygen; a second body which is connected with the first body and serves to induce complete combustion of the burned toxic gas in an in-chamber and indirectly cool the toxic gas; and an electrolysis unit serving to produce hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis and supply the produced hydrogen and oxygen as auxiliary gases to the first body. In the scrubber, a high combustion rate can be achieved even at relatively low power by a combination of high energy, obtained by the combustion of hydrogen and oxygen, with combustion heat caused by plasma, and toxic gas can be more efficiently treated by increasing treatment temperature.

摘要: A method for fabricating an air-filled cellular structure for use as a resilient cushion. The method includes providing a molding structure including a shelf substantially surrounding a depression, and a platform that fits within the depression and is selectively movable between a plurality of positions relative to the shelf, moving the platform to a preselected position relative to the shelf, wherein the preselected position corresponds to a substantially predetermined amount of air to be contained by the air-filled cellular structure, and using a vacuum device to draw air from within the depression. The method further includes engaging a first portion of a first expanse of generally air-impermeable material with the shelf, whereby the vacuum device draws a second portion of the first expanse of material against the moveable platform, and bonding a first portion of a second expanse of generally air-impermeable material to the first portion of the first expanse, thereby enclosing a volume of air between the first and second expanses. The method may further include bonding a third portion of the first expanse to a second portion of the second expanse, thereby decreasing the volume of the air enclosed between the first and second expanses.
